Norma Limo & Taxi Service

I won’t use them again. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I tried to go with a local company — but there was no «service» in this car service.
The communication with the operator made me uneasy. The voice was smooth in an attempt to be reassuring, but the experience wasn’t smooth. But the information he took down, was not communicated correctly to the driver or the driver did not enter the address information correctly into his town car’s GPS.
When standing at the curb looking for the driver, there was no indication of what car accept for a 33 on the side window. When I identified the car, I started waiving my arms, and he never stopped scooting along. When I specifically told the operator, we would wait at the first door of Terminal C, the driver finally stopped scooting along in front of the last door. It was VERY late, we had to wait for the driver to come around a second time. Then, the GPS had the wrong address in it. He did not, I am assuming, feel comfortable speaking to us about the route he was taking. So, when I noticed his Tom-​Tom or Garmin was about to take us left instead of right — he was not willing to verbally acknowledge my instructions. He just turned to the right — finally.
My final gripe, the cost was also $ 10 MORE than the internet suggested that the cost of this ride would be. I rarely skip giving a tip but I know that tips means «to insure proper service». I expected more than a ride.

Taken them twice to Newark airport. Both times they arrived early and were polite. Will continue using this service and recommending to others.

Called to find out about the cars they have listed on the website so I could book for a friend’s engagement party — not only was the guy on the phone rude, but they had none of what they advertised.

I’ve taken this service twice now– once to Newark Airport from Jersey City, and once home from the airport. Both times they were on time, fast, and reliable. Drivers avoided toll roads. If the service continues to be this good I’ll upgrade to 5 stars. But for now, I’m sold! No more surly and sketchy cabs picked up at the grove street cab stop — this is much easier and better value.

This place is garbage! The only I was ridiculously over charged, humiliated, insulted, harassed by the drive because I didn’t give him tip on a 60 fare that usually cost me 25! I reported them to the better business bureau,

Made an appointment for a ride from new jersey city to Newark airport and they were fast and reliable. Recommend using this cab company.

Almost on time. Efficient fast ride to EWR for $ 30 plus tip and toll. Reliable, if can stand 60mph through the airport roads.
