Regina’s Maids

We used Regina’s Maids for our three bedroom apartment in Hoboken. They did a terrific job, and we will be using them to clean our apartment twice a month.

The cleaning teams that work on my properties are always very thorough and efficient. I always call them when my tenants move out and they leave the place sparkling!
they have been my go-​to cleaning service for 3 years now.

I recently used reginas for my apartment in downtown jersey city. I had them clean my kitchen and bathroom. They did a fantastic job. I was able to cap time so not to go over budget, which was helpful. Placing the order was easy and organized. Reginas was on time and keep me informed when they arrived, i was at work during the cleaning. I will be calling them soon to do a complete scrub out soon im sure.

Regina’s Maids are really very good at their service. We had hired them for initial cleanup of our new apartment and they did a very nice job. Maria and Patricia made my apartment look so clean and tidy. I am very impressed with their cleaning and would highly recommend them.

Regina’s Maids are the best show around. Great communication and a fair price. Cleaners also communicated and showed up on time. Amazing.

My first experience with Regina Maids was very very good! It was a move out from a sublet so there were a lot of belongings to work around, and the apartment had not had a thorough cleaning for some time, and my wife and I left a considerable mess on top of everything else.
I was prepared for a stressful, exhausting day — what I got was a true blessing! Starting with arranging for my appointment, I found communications extremely efficient, gracious and professional. The 2 staffers who did the work were highly professional, hardworking, experienced and on top of that very lovely.
The hierarchy of management set up at Regina is perfect — management works very closely with supervisors who transport the staffers to work locations and follow up with unanticipated supply needs and support the work in a highly intelligent, responsive way.
The fee for this first time visit was, my wife and I thought, quite reasonable given the intensity of the cleaning necessary — but the staffers worked with such efficiency, care and true skill that the rates became irrelevant — we got much more than we paid for!
My thanks to Jose for guiding the process, Janeth for watching over the work very diligently, the two young women who worked so hard and quickly, and with lovely smiles — no extra charge!
My thanks also to Donna and Joseph for showing such dedication to their service by following up with me in genuine efforts to stay on top of the quality of their business.

By the way, the one negative experience I read in your reviews sounds very much to me like a client who just didn’t work with you — some folks just cannot be pleased by anything! Communication on the day of our visit was so good — I was late, stuck at Port Authority, and Jose and Janeth stayed in very close contact with me to assure they could provide service when it was appropriate — it really doesn’t get any better than this!

only is the Office staff kind and friendly but the girls who clean your house are wonderful. I am so glad I found them.

As good as it gets really does describe Regina’s Maids.
Don’t judge me, ;) Before the cleaning service came, we had A LOT of dust. And pet hair. Under the bed, under the couches, around the radiators, under and on the tv stands. I was overwhelmed with it all and didn’t want to have friends over. Aside from regular cleaning, dusting just isn’t my thing. And, it certainly isn’t my boyfriends.
My neighbors use Regina’s maids and their house always looks amazing. Like, AMAZING out of a magazine. Especially after a cleaning. I asked her about her experience with Regina’s Maids and aside from the rave reviews she told me they were bonded and insured so I would have a greater piece of mind than hiring someone who didn’t work for a company.
After lots of stress as a result of a messy house that I didn’t want to spend hours cleaning by myself, I finally said, it is worth spending the money to get a cleaning service. So I called and scheduled an appointment. I am SOOOOOOOOO glad I did.
I no longer have the stress of a dirty apartment. My apartment looks amazing. The level of clean from 1 – 10 that the service gets it is a 10. Floors are Shining. SHINING. My apartment looks fantastic. And it smells great. They took care of the dust, organized our random papers into piles but didn’t move things to random places that I didn’t know where they were (it still felt like our house when we came home, it just looked a lot better), they took care of the pet hair Everywhere, changed my sheets after leaving them new ones on the foot of the bed, vacuumed my couch!!!, and under it!, organized all of our dog toys into one area, the dust was GONE, I could keep going on and on. The amount of cleaning these people do is incredible. You don’t realize how much you aren’t cleaning until a real professional does it for you.
Now I don’t have to stress about deep cleaning because it is now done for me once every two weeks. I do my usual upkeep and things don’t get crazy because Regina’s Maids pick up the slack. I also don’t have to complain that I’m the only one cleaning because I’m not. I have back-​up! And it is worth the rather low bi-​weekly cost. (If I had the money I would get them every week… but bi-​weekly keeps me from going nuts and seems sufficient.)
After the first cleaning that was hourly, and a bit pricey (remember the amount of dust I said we had?, that takes time to clean up!), we have locked in a flat rate for a bi-​weekly cleaning. The flat rate is better than anything I could find on livingsocial and I don’t have to worry about my price going up. And it fits into my budget, which is not huge. So the one time hourly fee was worth it.
Oh, and the customer service is incredible. Joe and Melanie, who talk to you on the phone and set everything up, are fantastic. They are friendly, answer all of your questions, and are great about helping out with specific requests. From arranging how to get them a key, making notes on my account about specific cleaning requests, asking that they call me when they are coming and leaving so I can take my dog who is Crazy out of the house, calling me to check how everything went and being amenable to changing the time they come as I need, these guys are pros.
I feel such a large amount of stress has been lifted off my shoulders and I couldn’t be happier.
If you’re waiting to get a cleaning service, stop. Call Regina’s Maids. You will be so relieved once you do.

Great service. Used it for my brick and mortars. Amazing service. They left nothing unturned

On time, and they a pretty good job, but a little inconsistent. I’ve used them twice. The first time they cleaned my toaster and coffee pot, the second time not. Was a nice touch that I missed the second time.
Moved out of Hoboken but if I was still there I’d use them again.

I’ve been using Regina’s Maids for a few months now and I have to say they are hands down the best cleaning service I’ve ever used. They typically send over a team of two people to clean our place and they almost always leave the place spotless.
I say almost because I had one instance where we were not satisfied with how the apartment was cleaned. When that happened, I called to express my concern and the owner promptly called me back to discuss the matter with me. He understood our concern and was quick to provide a solution to make us happy — which he did because on their return, our place was left spic and span! So, this one time of not having a clean place turned into another positive for them because without this happening, I would have never known how customer-​oriented this company is.
In addition a consistent high level of performance cleaning our place and exceptional customer service, I value Regina’s for a couple of other reasons. They always call a day or two my cleaning to confirm that I need them. They are punctual and everyone who has cleaned our place so far has been hard working, polite and extremely careful with our belongings.
The last time they cleaned our place I left them in my home unattended without any issue.
My wife and I are ecstatic with the service that Regina’s has been providing and as long as we live in the area, we will incredibly thankful that we have them!

I used them to rent U-​Haul to move from Jersey City to Brooklyn. The customer service I received was second to none and they were happy to help in any way that they could.
I’ve never posted on Unilocal before, but I enjoyed my experience so much I had to spread the good word!

It’s taken me a while, but better late than never. My husband and I have been using Regina’s Maids for years. So has the building we live in. We have always been happy with their service. They are always on time, they never rush and our place is always clean when they leave. We’ve never had an issue. Back in April I called Regina’s Maids to schedule a cleaning for a very dear elderly friend who was terminal. After being put on a very brief hold the appointment was scheduled and I was informed that there would be no charge for the cleaning because Regina’s Maids offers a cleaning service for terminally ill people. It’s great to see a company like Regina’s Maids give back to the community. I was literally moved to tears. Thank you Regina’s Maids for your generosity. You renew my faith in humanity. If you have not used Regina’s Maid and are looking for a cleaning company I would highly recommend you give them a call.

I used Regina’s Maids for the first time in April 2015 and was very satisfied with the end result. They sent 2 maids who both worked very hard for the entire time they were here. The stove/​oven/​microwave/​refrigerator were all spotless by the time they left and my apartment felt new once again.

Somebody told me about them so I recommended them to a friend who has a business he has been thanking me for the recommendation and he is continuing to use them.. so I would suggest to give these guys a try you won’t be disappointed..

I own Urban Jungle Play in Hoboken and rely on Regina’s Maids to do a deep clean of my children’s center once a week. They are timely, organized, thorough and a pleasure to work with. The space is often torn up from birthday parties when they arrive and it is such a relief to go home knowing they are handling it. They close the space for me. Highly recommend.

I found Regina’s Maids recently on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. I have a business in Hoboken, NJ on Newark street and they come in and do a weekly cleaning service for us. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and care with our office. I feel extremely safe giving the service worker a key to the office to clean even when we are not there. Joseph is also very detailed and emails me very often to check up on servicing. I couldn’t be happier with anyone else. I strongly advise using them for cleaning office spaces. Thank you for your work guys!!!

Highly disappointed! Never Showed! When I booked the cleaning, I was provided with a 2 hour window for their arrival. Over 2 hours and it took me to call them to find out what was going on. Joseph, he stated he was one of the owners, gets on the phone and is extremely rude and full of excuses. He asks to reschedule. After reminding him that it took me to call to find out what was going on, I declined. He was very nasty on the phone, talking over me, and quick to have an argument rather than resolve the issue that his company caused. He needs customer service 101. Would not recommend this service! You will be stuck waiting around for them, or come home to an uncleaned home and a bunch of excuses. There are other cleaners in the area that have more professionalism.
July 14, 2015 Update: I have never been contacted and asked to update/​change my review from any other business. I have been called so many times, and contacted via Unilocal message (didn’t even know that existed) by this business. Unilocal is to inform others of my experience. It is ridiculous and absurd that I have been called so many times to change my review! If I could further decrease my rating, I would. As Joseph said, «I’ve spent so much money on Unilocal». I read another review that also mentioned the business asking them to write in Unilocal.This is what you may encounter if you choose this business. Chose wisely.

«No problem I understand but do you still think it is still worth a 1 star review ?» This is the message I received from Donna B. (Another owner) after asking her not to contact me in any form. There was no offer of re-​cleaning or anything other than their main concern of changing my review! Maid in Hoboken has never treated me like this, and I have never cleaned after their service. I highly recommend that business. Joseph called me and asked me to «help me out with the review» the day I posted my original review. I did receive an apology from Joseph after I told him I do not require their service, but there should NEVER be a reason to be nasty to your customers, especially as an owner and when you DON’T SHOW UP, didn’t even contact me until I called. They continued to call me several (7 to be exact, other than Unilocal message) times with the only concern of amending a review! Again, good luck future customers!

Regina’s Maids were in my home on ³⁄₁₉ for an initial cleaning. They took 3 hours and did an amazing job of cleaning absolutely everything.
Today, 3/​31, I have contracted with them for bi-​weekly service.
It is nice to finally have a cleaning service that actually cleans.

After having this service for the past couple months since my first review, I would like to claim that I am very happy with the service.
All the way from management to customer service to cleaning professionals, I could not be happier.

Regina maids is under new management now and the new owner reached out to me and asked me to give them another opportunity to clean my home. I respect that Joseph saw my negative feedback and wanted to make reparations even though he wasn’t responsible for my initial experience. I think it shows dedication as a business owner and a real concern for his customer base.
I have no complaints about the job the maids did. My home looks beautiful. The maids were professional and thorough. I haven’t been using maid service at all for years but this expert has been so positive that I’m reconsidering. I think that I will be reaching out to Regina maids. Thanks Joseph!
