Unconditional Dog

Caitlin is amazing! She is a true animal lover that cares about every dog that she walks. She is extremely professional, reliable, and organized. She sends me updates (and sometimes pictures!) of my dog on the walk, which makes me feel at ease while I am at work. I also foster dogs for local rescues and she is very accommodating to them. I highly recommend Caitlin. She is the best!

Caitlin is awesome — she comes prepared for the meet and greet with your pup ready to ask questions — you, as an owner don’t even think about! She is extremely knowledgeable on the well being of the animals and was always pleasantly responsive when I wanted her to give me updates on my dog (as he is a senior and I work long hours).
She came for the walks daily around the same time and is 100% trustworthy that when she’s coming for 30min walks, she’s giving you what you pay for.

Full disclosure: I met Caitlin through See Spot Rescued where she and I both volunteer.
When I found out that she would be starting here dog walking business, I could not wait to sign up! As a volunteer, Caitlin has been very responsible, organized and thorough in all the tasks she’s asked to complete. During adoption events, she’s handled her assigned adoptable dogs with care.
When Caitlin came over to meet my dog Maggie for the first time, she greeted her perfectly — came down to her level, didn’t make eye contact and offered treats by her side. I learned that she’s a pro with leash excitement/​reactivity/​aggression something that my spoiled dog needs help with. She is certified in dog & cat CPR, and insured through Pet Sitters Associates (yes, your dogwalker should have insurance).
Caitlin is so organized she once knew Maggie’s schedule better than me. I had forgotten about a previous conversation regarding a change and she reminded me of it. She pays close attention to making your home is secure — doing double locks and making sure doors are closed behind her. It’s little things like this that make her awesome!
We don’t need to talk about the obnoxiously cold winter we’re having but I do want to point out that on the frigid cold days, Caitlin will take Maggie out for relief walks (shorter walks) and then come back home to play with her for the rest of the allotted time.
She also offers transport services (i.e. picking up from daycare) upon request!

Caitlin is a total animal lover! She has 3 pugs of her own and certainly adores kitties, too. My husband and I have had the wonderful experience of having Caitlin cat sit for our 3 fur babies. Knowing that I can entrust her fully to care for my pets and to come into my home all while I’m out of town is gold. She is responsible, punctual, loving and dedicated to her work. You’ll have total peace of mind knowing that your pet will be in such good care when they need it!

I’m not one to readily trust people with my dog since he can be a little bit of a handful to those not familiar with fearful dogs (fearful of new people, children, etc.) I met Caitlin through a friends referral and instantly arranged to have her come and meet my pup. I am super impressed with the fact that Caitlin is certified in both cat and dog CPR but also how thorough of a background she takes on her clients. Caitlin is completely on point, organized and trustworthy. She did a meet and greet with my dog and without having to go into detail she told me all the things i normally stress to people that have had dogs with triggers, she anticipated and reassured all the things that I wanted to say, having several dogs herself i knew I was entrusting my dog with someone who really gets it and any inclination i have of resource guarding my own dog dropped and i was so thankful to see how lucky i was to find someone i could trust him with. Caitlin has walked Zack several times since and it’s clear to me that he trusts and loves her too (and my cat!) I do and continue to highly recommend Caitlin, she’s awesome, friendly, smart, and truly a blessing to the Jersey City dog walking community!
