Warning! They charge an extra $ 5 if you want to use a credit card. Violation of credit card agreement with the merchant and a violation of New York law (for those trips to NY).

In my three years in Hoboken, I’ve taken probably every «car service» type of transportation around this area to make the usually time constrained trip to one of airports. These guys seem the like the best around, even disregarding their already great prices. I had to head back to Hoboken late Friday night and found a really helpful guy (Ethan I think) who I met as he was waiting to pick up someone else from EWR. His guy was delayed so he ended up taking me while dispatch sent someone else to replace his spot. He was very helpful and friendly (a term I generally don’t use for people in this industry around here). I even left my wallet & passport in the cab which he went out of his way to return back to me.
I can understand why if you look up any of these car service companies you get really crappy ratings — so many things can go wrong and they are inconsistent. This is my first great experience with a Hoboken area car service and thought it was worth noting.

Ride from Union City to Hoboken supposed to be $ 12 (sic) turned out to be $ 20 because of additional stop. Not a big fan of being ripped off. Choose another company.

The best thing about this car service is their price.
They offer the best prices to get around from New Jersey to
either Newark or JFK — I had used them for both.
The problem is their customer service there are a couple of people working to dispatch cars.
One of them is really nice, one of them has been very rude.
Last time I used them he yelled into the phone to tell me what
kind of car was picking me up — I had been on a flight for the last
16 hours and was not at my sharpest, so I had called back to ask
him twice.
They don’t seem very professional — but they get the job done and
it’s cheaper than the other car services.
