This is located close up my home and is very convenient. The pharmacy seems to always be busy, I don’t mind the wait though. The staff are friendly and even sweet, I really like here. Only downside is makeup isn’t restocked quickly.

I wish there was a ‘zero star’ because their pharmacy department would rate one. They do not have enough workers to take care of all the customers. For the life of me I do not understand why people still use these local walgreen’s after all there publicized mistakes in the past.

Meh. I normally don’t stop here on my way home from JC or work but sometimes I can’t help myself. I need things like bottled water, cat treats and easy mac & cheese. Yes, I eat toddler food. Cat treats cannot wait until tomorrow when it is 1AM and Winston is sobbing for his temptations. This is a 24 Hour Walgreens so it is open. That’s pretty much the only thing it has going for it. When ever I go in here, there is only ONEDAMNCASHIER and a line of 8 people buying out the entire store. **SO I STANDINLINEANDWAITFOR20MINUTESTOBUY A BAGOFCATTREATS** When I get to the front of the line, the cashier is unpleasant. Smile please? Ok, you don’t even need to smile but maybe say«hello»? There are also a lot of characters shopping here. This store is not safe for suburban housewives or downtown JCites. I seriously don’t even know how people do their shopping at a Walgreen’s for things other than«emergency» items because it is expensive when compared to Target. Anyways, it’s still better than giving the Waltons money. I choose this Walgreens over WalMart. Yay!

This is your basic Walgreens in some regards. In others, not so much. Last time I went there after midnight we were greeted at the door by an officer in uniform, gun and all. On this same occasion my boyfriend and I were treated like criminals when we dropped off [legal and legit] prescriptions for controlled substances. Around 1AM this morning we saw a big Emergency Services Unit truck pulling out as we turned into the parking lot, a guy wearing a SECURITY shirt at the door, and managers were being paged to report to the front entrance. Other than that, it’s always a pleasant shopping experience.

Always out of necessities and always a line no matter what time of the day. Pharmacy is quick that is a positive.

i live close to this walgreens, but the one ½ block from my house is a smaller, less stocked walgreens. That being said, its still incredibly convenient to be able to run up the block at any hour to get… toilet paper, snacks, cat food, Benadryl(my poor friend didnt realize how allergic she would be to my kittens, we had to make a 3am run to walgreens so she wouldn’t sneeze her brain out. literally, i was afraid it would come out of her head). the biggest downfall is that the employees are way less than helpful, and there’s all kind of crazy people in there at any given time of day — like the lady who was checking out before me, noticed i had pizza, asked me if it were on sale, and ran away to get some when i answered in the affirmative. didn’t come back for 10 minutes. SHOULDN’T BETHATHARDTOPICKOUTPIZZA! of course, that’s not Walgreens fault, but i will say that the employees have a bad habit of talking smack about people based on their purchases — sometimes, i need snacks and nail polish. at 4am. and sometimes i need cigarettes, TP and cat food when i get back from work. i dont’ think those are such weird purchases… but even if you do, oh almighty walgreens employees, no need for you to yell to your coworker at the next register«DIDYOUSEETHAT? SHEONLYBOUGHTCATFOODANDTOILETPAPER!!! SHEMUSTHAVENOLIFE!!!». because, in fact, i do have a life, and i just happened to run out of food for my two terrible kittens who would rip your face off if they heard you say that their food-giver had no life. edit(few hours later): wow i sound angry. that’s okay, those people are ridiculous.

The best part about this Walgreens is that it is open 24 hours. Since I live just a few blocks away, I can pick up any last minute items anytime of the day. It has almost everything for the household: food, drugs(the legal kind), cleaning products, hygiene products and even motor oil and automotive hardware. Pharmacists here are actually friendly the couple of times I have gotten prescriptions filled here. Bad part with that is, it seems too cluttered. Some aisles have items just laying on the floor, and people are just walking by stepping over it. Prices are above average, tho that’s what you pay for convenience sometimes.
