Established in 1902.

MCT was incorporated August 25, 1902 and remains today a locally owned and managed independent community bank. While many banks of our type have merged or simply disappeared, our ability to change with the times has allowed us to grow and prosper for over 110 years.

You’ll still find us today in the heart of Jim Thorpe with our main office located at 1111 North Street. Our seven branches serve Jim Thorpe, Albrightsville, Nesquehoning, Lehighton, Hometown and West Penn. In fact, one branch sits right across the street from our original headquarters, the Navigation Building: the old railroad station on the corner of Broadway and Susquehanna Streets in downtown Jim Thorpe.
