If you’re in need of an urgent care, this is the place to come to. I’ve been several times and every experience has been effortless. The medical staff is quick and very efficient and the office staff is welcoming and easy to work with; both a big plus when you aren’t feeling well. I rarely have to wait, and if I do it’s no more than 5 – 10 minutes. This office is awesome!

They did a great job applying and removing sutures from my son’s injury. But they then inappropriately double-​billed us. Everyone makes mistakes, but this was in October ’15 and now, in late Feb ’16, I just finished my seventh phone call trying to get ANYONE to fix their damn mistake.
Through today, they spent probably 30 minutes working for me (or my son) while I have spent several hours working for them, desperately trying to convince incompetent billing employees to fix their mistake.
Today came with a new promise that the mistake has been fixed. I first heard that on Dec 1st!
If I work for you more than you work for me, I shouldn’t have to pay you!

By far the best and more efficient urgent care I have ever been to! The office was so comfortable and the staff was exceptionally nice. Doctor was very professional and personable. I am a nurse and would recommend this urgent care to any and all of my friends and family. Thanks for the care!

During the Thanksgiving break our family was visiting Alpharetta and my 4 year old got an Asthma attack. Dr. McGowan went above and beyond to help us so that our little one won’t end up in ER on Thanksgiving day. We arrived at the facility 10 minutes before close. Doctor and reception staff (I forgot to get the gentleman’s name) was very friendly and quick to get our little one on breathing treatment. Doctor got the steroid, and other meds needed and send the prescription to near by CVS pharmacy before it closed. Doctor also printed out directions and info for the nearest hospital and children’s hospital in case we needed help on Thanksgiving day. Thanks to her proactive treatment my little one was much better in few hours. I really wish I have such a great facility and doctor close to my home here in California.

My family and I have used this urgent care center on several occasions. Everyone working here has never been anything but the friendliest and most professional individuals. I think there has been a wait only one time that we have been here, and, even then, we only waited for about ten minutes. Usually, we are seen immediately after checking in.
The office is clean and nicely decorated with modern furnishings. Everything about the place is very comforting and welcoming. It is, by far, leaps and bounds better than any other urgent care center I have ever been to, based on both the office itself and the people working there.
My family will not go anywhere else for our after hours/​urgent care needs.

I came in here feeling absolutely miserable. The care was fast, efficient, compassionate, and helpful. The treatment plan they provided and recommended has made an immediate difference and I am back on track to being health. I had a great experience here and when the need arises, to return. It is a pleasant office environment, with comfortable furniture, nice paintings, and relaxing music, which all helps when you’re not feeling well.

Very nice service, in and out in 15 minutes with a few staples and a shot. $ 100 co-​pay beats 250 at emergency room on a Friday night. Nice clean contemporary office, new gadgets. Would recommend.

I had a scrape on the top of my food that wouldn’t heal fast enough due to its location. I didn’t want to miss work to go to my doctor during the week, so I went here on a Saturday. I was seen quickly and given a product I could apply and cover with a bandage. It worked well, my foot healed, and I’m glad I tried them out!

Sure the care is just as other places which should be called urgent care. I was referred to a doctor who doesn’t practice at another location. All went well until I got a bill of hefty amount. guess what they know how to rip you off by applying codes that insurance sure would pay only an amount and later send you a bill for the rest of the amount. Why is the difference? Because they know how to cheat insurance providers. Voila you end up either paying or screwing you credit score because they send it to collections after 60 days.
Beware of the these people. better off going to other urgent care centers.

So I’m a nurse myself and I avoid the doctor unless it’s absolutely something I can’t fix myself.
I was only in need of a rx refill until my new insurance kicks in, but I was impressed by how quick their team worked and they all had a smile on their face! Even better.
In and out in less than 30min. Fyi: without insurance, the visit will cost $ 95.

This place is great. Dr. Dukes is a great physician. I came in with a toe injury and he put me at ease and took care of everything so well! The office is so comfortable and the wait was only about a minute. I do not live near this office, but I would drive a long way just to come here. The doctor is so friendly and kind, not all doctors are like that!

This place is awesome! I decided to give it a chance and could not have been more impressed by the cleanliness, warmth, professionalism, and speed delivered by Dr. Dukes and his staff. I’ve been back multiple times and I’m consistently in and out in the amount of time I would be waiting anywhere else. You are crazy to go anywhere else.
