Our pool contractor recommended Greg and Pinnacle Pools for our pool start-​up and service, and assured us that Greg would make sure our new pool was running properly and would continue looking great. Greg showed up on time, did everything required, and took his time — this is the first pool my family has owned/​operated — in thoroughly explaining to us how to properly care for our pool between Pinnacle’s visits. Greg also offered several, reasonably-​priced maintenance plans with varying frequency of service, none of which required a long-​term contract. We already set up regular weekly service/​maintenance with Pinnacle Pool Services.

My pool developed black algae under their care. They didn’t test for salt and I ended up having to add 11 bags of salt to my pool when I took over my own maintenance.

We were able to get a same week pool inspection when we were buying our house and Greg was very accommodating with meeting our schedule. We have since purchased the house and Greg’s team has been exceptional. We had several maintenance issues and upgrades completed within a week of closing on the house and Greg took the time to review the whole system with me. I highly recommend pinnacle pools.

I have used Pinnacle Pools since the initial inspection on the pool when we bought the house in 2011. We have had some some major and minor repairs over the years and they have always completed at a competitive price and with very prompt service. I have to give a special thank you to Greg for responding to a call I gave on Sunday to replace my main pool pump. Not only did he call me right back-​but installed it the next day in the rain. As with any major component replacement, there were some additional parts needed that he took care of. I would also like to complement him on his recommendation — it saved me considerable money over the pump I had asked for but was not properly suited to pool.

I used these peeps when I first bought my house to look at the pool. Of course, everything needed repair, replace, something. I did what I could afford based on priority. 45 days later I called to schedule more if the listed items to be done and they couldn’t remember me or my pool. Sounded like the guy was in a job so I tried to be patient and explain what he said I needed to replace. At this time he told me he doesnt recommend doing that and I should completely replace the filter and of course the price was triple. I was incensed. I tried to remind him of our pool situation as it is somewhat different and he said @if you’re not a regular service customer, I won’t remember you”. Looking for a new pool company now.

We were able to schedule a pool inspection the same week we called and got the report immediately after the inspection with prices for repairs. Greg was very knowledgable and responsive; we would definitely call them in the future for maintenance and repairs.

I just bought a home with a pool and have never owned a pool before. Called Greg due to the great reviews here. I wanted something different, though — training, because I want to do the maintenance myself (most of it). Greg was happy to just come out and walk me through all the basics. He trained me and answered all my questions for over an hour and charged a very reasonable rate. I definitely plan to use Pinnacle Pools if I decide to have someone else maintain it.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company. I had Greg (the owner) to inspect the pool for a home I was purchasing. He was professional and knowledgable. After I purchased the home, I contacted Greg again to open the pool. We corresponded over the weekend to schedule an appt. He gave me upfront pricing and estimated number of visits… No surprises here! Within a week and 4 visits, we were able to use the pool as promised. That’s awesome for a pool that hadn’t been used in over 4yrs.

Pinnacle pools is the best for routine cleaning and repairs. I recently had Greg, the owner, come out to replace a circuit board on the salt system. Instead he soldered some wires and saved me $ 600. Greg and his staff are responsive, knowledgable, and honest. You can’t ask for more.

We have had service from pinnacle for 2 years, and have not had one complaint. The pool is always clean and the chemicals are balanced. The only thing we have to do, is enjoy it. Nick (our regular pool guy) is friendly and knowledgeable. Greg (the owner) has always been prompt and works hard to make sure his customers are happy.
UPDATE ON PAST REVIEW: Beginning last summer, and continuing into this one, we started to notice a decline in service and in quality of work. The last straw for me happened yesterday when i asked if we could move our bi-​weekly cleaning day from Monday to Friday because we are having guests over this weekend. I was told that they would still come on Monday, and if i wanted the pool cleaned on Friday that would be an additional charge of $ 65. We have asked them to change the day in the past without a problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as the service is not for the customer. I have plenty of other reasons that have lead me to the decision to cancel their services, and hire a different company. Far too many to state here. I would recommend swimming in a swamp, before allowing them to touch your pool.

We’ve had weekly and bi-​weekly service from this company for a few years now, and they’re great. They blow the deck clear every time and leave the pool spotless.
We direct bill to a credit card, so it was getting hard keeping track of which weeks billed. We asked them to itemize our bills, and just like that the statements were itemized. Very helpful.
Now… it’s still a business. They’ll charge you more for salt, acid, etc than what you’d pay at the hardware store or pool shop. And they weren’t jumping for joy when we had some work done recently, and we went with a better estimate.
