The Farmhouse

Love that they serve Counter Culture Coffee! Wasn’t very busy on a Friday night. It was perfect for catching up with a friend and studying. The Harry Potter themed chess board on one of the tables made me smile.
I wouldn’t necessarily come here for the crepes…$ 6-​$ 8 for pretty average savory and sweet crepes. I tried the spicy chipotle chicken crêpe, and was not impressed.
This is probably one of the only boutique coffee shops in this area of Johns Creek, so it’s a nice alternative to a loud and bustling Starbucks.

Very glad to see this area has a few non chain cafes. Farmhouse had a nice environment, super friendly employees, and wonderful teas and coffee. The raspberry Danish was super tasty warmed, and veggie crêpe was refreshing.

Excellent latte that was remarkably better than the popular chain that I frequent. I highly encourage you to give this place a try, and support this local business. PS Excellent strawberry and Nutella crêpe as well!

Wonderful coffee a perfect place for a weekend breakfast. We have ordered crepes, both sweet and savory, and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and really helpful. It does have a smaller menu, but in think that’s part of what made this place so lovely!

The people are friendly. The coffee is excellent. The food delicious. Hopefully they will get a sign above and not just on the door so it will be easier to find, but worth the trouble finding. It is facing Jones Bridge to the right of Bonefish Grill.

Farmhouse is a nice quiet environment with delicious food! I can’t wait to visit again soon to try more things on the menu. We got a egg & spinach crêpe and also a strawberry banana Nutella crêpe! You can even get the sweet crepes with ice cream. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. :)

This place was a really nice surprise.
The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed an espresso and a crêpe (Brie and Apple). Both were exceptional and the environment was comfortable for working. I will be back and suggest if you have not tried it yet that you do too!

Delicious coffee, really nice staff, and just a very welcoming rustic atmosphere in the middle of Alpharetta. Had an impromptu coffee date with my love there and we had a great time. Can’t wait to go back. I love the little fresh flowers on each table, it’s a very nice touch.
Coffee was tasty and strong and not too sweet, got me through the Friday afternoon just fine. Tasty!

Three things:
1. Very thoughtfully designed cozy coffee shop. Good vibes.
2. Mmmmm superb coffee. If you’re debating between here or Starbucks, let me help you, come here and enjoy a better cuppa for the same price.
3. Place could attain five stars by improving the food department. Obviously the focus should be on brewing the best coffee possible, but the snack selection has something to be desired.
P. S. Chai latte (does this make me #basic?) is my favorite and I order this at 99% of every coffee place I venture into, and here, it was nothing short of comforting yumminess. My only small complaint is that my drink was not hot enough.

I would highly recommend Farmhouse to anyone. The barista/​manager Tim is an artist and the iced caramel macciatto I had was a work of art. It was so smooth. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. It was a great treat.

I decided to give this place a try especially since most of my usual breakfast haunts are closed on Sunday. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I tried counter culture coffee, a warm croissant and the berry crêpe. The croissant was so delicious, the coffee was great, and the berries in my crêpe were the epitome of fresh. I will definitely be adding this place to my breakfast rotation.

Just stopped by here for the first time. I love coffee and wanted to try this place out since it is right next to my house and on my way to work. Being a coffee lover, this is HANDS DOWN the best cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time.
Also worth mentioning, the crepes are off the chain! Look no further if wanting to grab a coffee and snack on way to work, for lunch, or on your way home, this place rocks!
The staff there is awesome as well. Whether you want to chat about gourmet coffee/​crepes, or just sit down and enjoy peace and quiet with an amazing cup of coffee and/​or crêpe. This is the place for you!

I like supporting local businesses, but this place serves an average cup of coffee at best.

This coffee shop is located in a strip mall off of Jones Bridge. It’s a smallish shop that has both indoor and outdoor seating. A few dedicated regulars seem to enjoy quietly working on laptops here, so it may be difficult to get a table indoors.

They have a very small beverage menu that consists mainly of variations of coffee beverages. They mention crepes in the summary, but I saw no mention of them — only a few plastic wrapped pastries behind glass. Coffee was average. Not even as good as Starbucks coffee.

Service was … strange. My wife and I walked up to the counter and had to wait several minutes as the lone employee working made somebody else’s drinks. Then he finally took our order, but indicated we pay after we get our drinks (WTF?) Then we waited 10 minutes for our drinks to make it to our table. There were no other customers.
Summary

This shop just opened and clearly has a small band of loyal followers. Hopefully they can find their mojo before they run out of money.

Great tasting coffee and the barista is very friendly. Would definetely recommend over any other coffe in the area.

Enjoying an almond milk latte (made with Counter Culture espresso) and piece of lemon pound cake while waiting out traffic at this lovely new coffeehouse, The Farmhouse Café. Tim, the barista, was super sweet and made me feel at home. The interior is well-​designed, with lots of warm wood and an overall farmhouse-​chic aesthetic. Very pleasant ambiance! I will definitely seek The Farmhouse out again when I’m in Johns Creek.

Solid. Counter culture coffee and good wifi.

It’s a small, quiet, eclectic coffee shop with a limited food menu (bagels and pastries) but great beverages. I was looking for a quiet place to work and have some coffee and this was perfect. The friendly, personable barista said today was the first time for being open on Sunday, so it was very quiet. I love these small, independent coffee place where I don’t feel like I’m being run through a line in a hurry. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

If you care about the quality of coffee you drink, you want to check this place out. Great service, coffee and atmosphere. 10 out of 10!
