Please, note! I, Irina Walton, as Truth In Motion Yoga studio owner and the yoga teacher in the studio, asked my customers to leave an honest feedback on Yelp.com. For unknown to me reasons, all of their reviews were tossed into the «Not Currently Recommended Reviews» by the yelp software. All of the people who posted the feedback: Paula F., Brett S., W M., Miranda S, Carmen E., Nika B., Laura Z are my real customers who come to the studio on the regular basis. I knew each one of them personally. Thank you!
Truth in Motion Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes based on the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga. During the classes breathing is synchronized to movements, creating a steady, smooth, meditative flow designed to develop flexibility, build strength, and improve endurance on and off the mat. We incorporate the skill and awareness of yoga into all the rhythms and sequences of students’ lives.
We offer a variety of classes for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Something to look forward to in your sessions: Scenic video to enhance your experience as well as Warm/Cold towels dipped in Essential Oils during the final relaxation pose Shavasana. You’ll love it and it will leave you relaxed. Also:
A complimentary freshly made Smoothie of the Day and Hot Tea with natural Herbs.

I was born and raised in Russia and came to this country to study language about 6 years ago. Yoga has been an old passion of mine and finally I have a chance to share the beauty and healing properties of this ancient practice with others. In 2013 I decided to share my passion for Yoga with others and completed my first 200HR teacher training program in Power Vinyasa. My training was led by a wonderful teacher and lifetime yogi, Tamal Dodge. I believe that it is very important to help a student understand how to love, accept, respect and listen to their own bodies on the mat. In order to say «I love you» to another person we need to be able to say «I love you» to ourselves first… The only true guide is not an instructor who leads the class, but our own heart. Yoga is challenging body to strengthen, mind to be quiet and rest, and heart to open to all the love and joy around us. It feels wonderful!
