Orenda is an all-​inclusive outdoor retreat nestled amongst 40 acres of lush backcountry, rolling hills and along a pristine mountain brook, where guests can enjoy nature at its most spectacular; the Adirondack Mountains, the mighty Hudson River, and the pristine waters of the Lake region. A rustic oasis, Orenda is an ideal getaway for outdoor enthusiasts of all levels, families, couples and those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and re-​connect with nature.

Orenda works with each guest to develop customized itineraries based on their activity preferences and provides a variety of options including hiking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, yoga, rock-​climbing, white-​water rafting, and fun activities for kids such as arts & crafts and basic camping skills. In addition, guest will enjoy savory fireside meals daily, educational outdoor seminars and stargazing at night.

History

Established in 2011.

Orenda was established in 2011 by David Webb, a Brooklyn, New York native who vacationed in the Adirondacks since his early childhood. David has a strong love for nature and upstate New York and created this outdoor luxury retreat to offer guests the opportunity to detox, relax and connect with nature.
