I had a muffler replaced. John, who I Think is the manager, was very open and honest. So much so that I chose not to go ahead with checking with several places about the extent of the exhaust system problem and the cost because John explained things very well. He showed me the problem and recommended a procedure that would save me considerable money. Kevin did the work very well. This was my first time at this place. I have experienced rip offs at so-called reputable places so I went in quite wary. People and quality make a difference and they filled the bill very well. Whoever owns this place has superb people in John and Kevin.

I was in town, visiting my parents and I noticed my low tire pressure light came on. After filling the one tire with air, I wasn’t feeling confident about driving the 4 hours back to NJ. I called at 9:05 am Sunday morning, Kevin was available to look at my car at 9:15 am. After putting my car on the lift and checking the tire, he found nothing wrong — and the best part, he didn’t charge me for his time or service.

I used to get ripped off at the «quick» oil change places, but I think management has buckled down on that… At least here.
So I get coupons online or in the mail that save a few dollars and stick to my business not to get the wool pulled over my eyes anymore. (Hopefully)
