We specialize in roommate matching and resident events. We take pride and put a lot of effort into our roommate matching to make sure that our residents are happy when living at University Edge. We email our residents before they move in with a list of their roommates names and contact information so they can talk before they move in. If there is an issue with the roommate placement we’ll do our best to rematch the residents with new roommates.

We enjoy hosting a variety of resident functions through out the year from pool parties, valet dinner, Facebook Trivia Tuesdays, Movie Monday’s, Super Bowl Parties, etc. We are always open to new resident function ideas!

History

Established in 2011.

University Edge opened it’s first building in May of 2011 with the final 2 buildings opening in August of 2011. University Edge has been with the same management company, Peak Campus Management, since we began building. Peak Campus is an award winning management company that takes pride in ensuring world class customer service to the residents of their student communities. University Edge is working on the lease up of the property for it’s 7^th year. In fall of 2015 the property was leased at 99.4%.

Zach M.

Manager

Zach is the Leasing Manager at University Edge and has been with Peak Campus Management for over 3 years now. He enjoys planning resident events and listens to resident issues in the apartments. He does his best to create a variety of resident functions to get as many residents involved as possible. Zach also does his best to try to resolve resident issues as best as possible.
