Established in 1997.

Hi-​Tech Appliance Specialists was established by Mr. Carroll after recognizing the need for professional and affordable appliance repair service in Waukesha, Jefferson, Dodge, Dane, Rock and Walworth counties of Wisconsin. He went to Moraine Park Tecnical College where he earned adegree in Appliance and Refrigeration Service with a perfect 4.0 G.P.A. He brought with him a long career in Retail and Family Restaurant management. He also started the Appliance Depot in Watertown, since closed to concentrate on service to home and business customers.
