Established in 2013.

After 12 years of professional business writing for Fortune 500 companies and freelancing as a resume writer with great success, Karen Springer decided to start Spring Forward Resumes to dedicate herself full time to her passion for helping others get ahead in their careers.

Karen has written resumes for all career levels from entry level to senior, and is familiar with nearly every industry. She has achieved many honors during her career, including graduating with honors from Norwich University’s top-​tier MBA program, winning a Silver Award for outstanding writing, and becoming a certified risk, compliance, and writing professional.
