I love the girls here and they have great service. The girls are so friendly and take their time with you. I’ve had a manicure, makeup, eyebrow waxes, massage, and eyelash extensions and all have turned out fabulous. Thanks again!

Total Body Affinity is my go to for facials, manicures, pedicures, and massages. I started going here over year and half ago and can not imagine my life without them now. Their staff is kind, friendly, courteous, and makes you feel special every time you go. The spa is extremely clean and the décor is amazing. Michelle does wonders with facials, manicures, and pedicures. After trying a dozen other nail places, I finally found my home. Lisa is honestly the best masseuse I have ever been to (and I have tried 8 others.) I leave TBA anxiously anticipating the next time I get to visit. You will not be disappointed. Their owners are amazing, as well.

I will start this review off by saying that I had purchased a Groupon prior to my visit. Now, I frequently buy Groupons for a variety of goods and services. I am ALMOST ALWAYS very satisfied with the quality, value, and savings received. The few times that I have been unsatisfied, have been times when I am trying a new spa/​salon. Total Body Affinity is the first Groupon for a salon, that I left thinking how absolutely fantastic they are. Not only was the service completely enjoyable, but the friendliness of the staff and the ambiance were five stars as well. From what I was told today, two teachers own the salon and let me tell you they are just doing it right. Maybe they had similar experiences to mine while salon shopping for themselves because they just given attention to some details that other salons aren’t even thinking about. There is a gym! Personal training! They are also having a Psychic & Holistic Fair on ¹⁰⁄₃₀. What?! Michelle, my esthetician today said it perfectly: «You know, it’s a whole body experience». You know what? It is. I just love the whole concept. In addition to my completely relaxing facial (extractions included), I also enjoyed a pedicure today. The nail tech, Nancy, is adorable. It was also great to chat with her while she worked. People may call me stuck up, call me demanding, say I’m being too picky with what I’m about to say and that’s ok. The bottom line is, I can be. In a small state, with sometimes multiple salons on every street, and all these salons charging pretty comparable prices, I have a few expectations for the places I spend my hard earned money, even when (especially when) that money is being spent on pampering myself. Speaking as a customer that has a 20-​year career in customer service industries, service with a smile is not a cliché. You do not have to sacrifice one for the other like most unfortunately do. If you are going to run a Groupon in an attempt to attract new customers, don’t treat people like second class citizens when they are then using said Groupon. Also, when you have «regulars», please remember the reason they are your «regulars» is because you EARNED that business. When you forget that, don’t be surprised when they start going to the salon down the street who is just waiting to impress the next person who walks through their door. RANT OVER.
Dear two teachers, and especially Nancy and Michelle: Thank you so much for the great service today, but also for the judgment-​free atmosphere. Your genuine personalities made me feel like I have been your customer for years. Who knows? Maybe now I will be :)

I had a Groupon for an hour facial and pedicure. The woman that checked me in was very friendly. The salon is beautifully decorated (see photos).
Kendra gave a wonderful facial! She greeted me, asked if I needed the restroom, and gave thorough instructions on using the robe, headband, and how to lie on the table (which was appreciated). She was extremely knowledgable about the products and gave me a few samples to take home. They also sell the products at TBA which makes it convenient. Kendra took time to analyze my skin and customize a facial perfectly for me. It was refreshing to hear her use medical terms pertaining to my pink cheeks and postpartum skin.
The pedicure was also done well!
The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is there is a «fitness room» next door and I could hear music, tons of laughing, and a man’s voice (which is assumed to be the instructor) through a good 30 minutes of my facial. This was distracting and I felt it hard to relax when this started. Now I realize why Kendra had the spa music turned up so loud.

I have been coming to TBA for 4 months now for fitness classes and my body has made a complete transformation! Not only is the staff super friendly and welcoming but they keep you motivated and encouraged throughout your workouts. I am not one to motivate myself when it comes to working out but I look forward to my weekly classes. The classes are fun and affordable too! They have class cards which is good if you’re like myself and are only looking to take advantage of the classes they offer. On Mondays they offer yoga which is taught by Jen. She is an amazing instructor and I refuse to go to yoga anywhere else. On Tuesdays Brooke, one of TBA’s owners, teaches bootcamp and it is such an amazing workout. Brooke customizes workouts based on your ability but pushes you to better yourself. You’ll thank her for a sore body the next day! After bootcamp they offer a «pump class» which is a mix of dance and Zumba. It’s a great way to get an hour of cardio in and have fun too! On Thursdays Brooke teaches a body rock bootcamp class in the morning and a «crunch time» workout at night. Crunch time is a half hour class where you work every part of your body. If you’re looking for a quick, intense workout– this class is for you! On Saturdays they offer Buti yoga which is a cardio and strength yoga class. We call it «yoga on crack». Jamie, the instructor, is amazing and kicks butt! I tell everyone to try it once just to see if they like it– and everyone gets hooked! TBA also offers personal training which they customize and are also super affordable! Your first class is free which is always a plus. I’ve brought multiple friends to classes to try out and they end up joining the classes too! If you’re looking for a motivational, inspiring gym that is looking to better your health without draining your wallet, TBA is where you need to be!

Kendra & staff were awesome. Super friendly & answered my questions. I even left with a personalized skin analysis. This is huge! Of all the facials I have had over the years, I never left with an analysis. This is a great added feature. I will be back in October.

Lauren gives a lovely and relaxing facial, and Nancy is just the sweetest nail technician. The inside of the building is warm and welcoming, they obviously take their business seriously. I highly recommend this place !

Used a groupon for a one hour custom facial and classic pedi. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time, and filled out some paperwork. The first thing I noticed was how clean, quiet and relaxing Total Body Affinity was. I had a wonderful pedi to start, which relaxed me and then I went in for my facial. I my first ever, and I will say I am beyond pleased! My esthetician was incredibly thoughtful, mindful and attentive not to mention had great knowledge in what she was doing. I will be back and I will refer friends and family. What a pleasant experience.

Recently purchased a Groupon for a facial at Total Body Affinity and decided to redeem it this past week. It was actually fairly difficult to speak to someone on the phone to make an appointment. I ended up communicating through the answering machine and email. When you first enter the facility, it is very tranquil and the décor was very welcoming. The music help set the tone for a day spa. The aesthetician was very professional and asked a lot of questions about my skin and what type of routine I have. I have had a number of facials done before and this one was okay. The aesthetician did not use as much steam as the others and the extractions was okay (I might not have had a lot of issues). From my understanding the facility offers massage and/​or facial packages for a period of 6 or 12 months. In the long run, the cost for the services is good.

I bought a Groupon for TBA before Christmas for my mother and Grandmother. Today when they called to book an appointment they were told that their schedule is full, and that they’d have to pay an additional $ 30 per person for the facials. Besides not being included as a stipulation on the original Groupon, I find this a very poor business practice. They should at a minimum have accepted the Groupon rate, regardless of their availability. I’d be careful with any future Groupon offerings from this company, and any general business with them.

Second visit at this spa. I had a great time both of my nail techs were great! Brought my niece and she rated it a 9.5 :-) said it was her best experience yet. The owner is super friendly. The place is very relaxing and offers tons of services. Hoping to get a massage or facial next. The gym is small but seems to be a great place for personal training. They also offer classes but I have not tried them yet.

I purchased a facial/​pedi Groupon & was very excited to try out Total Body Affinity. When I called I got the sense that they may be trying to fit in as many people as possible. I shared what time I could get there after work, about 5:30. The woman said she’d make note that I was coming from work. I arrived at 5:25 & knew I needed to use the bathroom quickly before getting started. I walked in and immediately felt rushed. 3 pages of paperwork were given to me to fill out before even taking off my jacket. I barely finished the 1^st page when I was rushed into the room for my facial– still needing to pee. I felt too rushed to ask to use the bathroom so I just held it. The facial itself was not very good or relaxing, nor was it the full 45 mins I paid for. My face felt tight (in a dry way, not in a good way) after the facial — probably bc they didn’t read the 1 page I had the chance to fill out, which expressed dryness as a concern. I was told by the woman doing my facial that she’d meet me right outside… I stood there looking for some direction, the woman that said she’d be waiting never reappeared, the woman doing my pedi called me in (still holding my winter jacket, bag arms full). I finally asked if there was a bathroom I could use. The pedi was not very good, my toe was cut during nail filing & the polish chipped in under a week. Very disappointing– I would NOT recommend any services, it was not even worth the cost of the Groupon. I don’t like leaving negative reviews & rarely do, but this was a terrible experience :(
Go to Pixies in Greenville for a real and wonderful pedicure and Agape in Warwick for a great facial (ask for Mari, she’s incredible!).

I came here for my first facial using a groupon. I hear some places can be real snotty if you use a Groupon, not here my friend. I was guided through the process of what would happen and made completely comfortable. I 100% enjoyed this experience and will be back soon.

I don’t know much about the services, but I know about their group exercise classes. They have a nice variety of classes (body blast, barre, bootcamp, yoga with meditation) and they also have reiki, card readings and raise money for different charities with zumba classes.
All the instructors have a special something about them, and they have a fantastic clientele; the whole place is friendly and they put a LOT of thought into décor and creating a peaceful aura.

I went in for my first facial and it was nothing short of fantastic. Lauren was very pleasant, knowledgeable and great at what she does. What a relaxing procedure with wonderful results. She was open to all questions and gave me great product suggestions. As far as the location, it was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend Total Body Affinity to a friend and look forward to my next appointment.

This spa is fantastic! I went there because I had a Groupon but have been back since and will continue to go. The place is well decorated and peaceful. The staff are all friendly and do not push products. My aesthetician Michelle was wonderful. She gave a thorough facial that left my skin glowing! My nail tech Michelle was fantastic. She did a great job both cleaning up my hands/​feet and polishing them — I feel like most techs are only good at one of those things. Can’t wait to go back!

I was able to experiment this sanctuary thru a Groupon that I had purchased for a facial. Laurie, my Esthetician was amazing. She was very knowledgeable with skin type description and what can help as far as daily fixes we may need – water for dehydration, exfoliation when appropriate. She was very sweet and soothing which was exactly what I needed. I must say I loved how not once did she «push» the spas skin products and was not derogatory to my current skin régime which other spas can be when wanting the customer to purchase products. She explained what she was using and why and how she is very happy with the line. nd I definitely have to agree that it is an excellent Skincare in which my facial skin looks and feels amazing. Overall, the spa is spectacularly decorated one of the owners, Brooke was super sweet and willing to accommodate. I booked a pedicure and can’t wait to return to this heaven. Thank you Laurie and Brooke! Definitely will be returning !

This place was great. It had an easily accessible location, plenty of parking, and a lovely spa atmosphere. Being fairly new to the area, and the Grouponista that I am, I got a deal for a facial and pedi. Sometimes in the past, Groupon deals have disappointed, but not this one!
Michelle was my technician, and she was fantastic. My facial was very relaxing and very well done, followed up by a nicely done pedi. There was another technician (I believe) getting her toesies done at the same time, and all three of the girls were very nice without being overly pushy. It seemed the kind of place where you can relax and read a book, or interact… your choice.
The only negative was the competing music in the facial rooms. In there was a CD playing, but you could still hear the music form the main areas, which made it slightly difficult to relax for me, but I am nit-​picking. I’d go back there, hands down!

After going through a terribly bad facial in seven layer skin today, i remember the excellent, relaxing and calming facial in total body affinity. The owner and the esthetician were welcoming, warm and friendly. The facial was great, she took special care of my eyes and around the eye area as i had undergone an eye surgery. She was very very very considerate and caring and make sure i am comfortable and relaxed. A thorough professional. I will definitely visit again. God save me from the $ 29 trap of seven layer skin and the esthetician Nicole. Total body affinity — I’m a fan of your facial, products and the care you provide to your customers.

This place is intimate, beautiful while the rates and the staff are not intimidating. — Loved Lisa, my massage therapist. She knows how to respect the time and leaves you alone with your thoughts or your dreams… zzzzzzz. She also did not make me feel rushed; even extended the time of my massage with no extra charge.
I also love the concept of a one stop mind-​body-​spirit place. I look forward to trying the facial and perhaps classes. There is a small private gym with good equipment.
So clean, so modern art deco and classy yet cozy. Never thought these are words I could use for one spot. The owners are young and very pleasant. This place made me feel so relaxed and not in the middle of a harsh winter in Putnam Pike! :)
