Business Owner
Heather Rafferty, Owner, purchased AccuStaff in 1997, but joined the company in 1988. Starting as a Staffing Specialist and focusing on the operations side of the business, Heather grew AccuStaff from a single location to the three locations we currently manage today. Her experiences in on-site and large scale staffing situations have enabled her to earn the trust of businesses around the Capital District over the years. Heather invests her free time in helping with local Girl Scouts, South Colonie Central Schools events, and as a board member of the National Kidney Foundation — co-chairing the annual Kidney Walk.
