I ordered what appeared to be a large, beautiful basket arrangement. But when I visited my Mother in law and saw the floral arrangement, I was disgusted at how small it was and how ratty the flowers looked. I would not recommend this place at all!

I ordered a reef for a family member’s funeral & I did not like it. The reef did not have flowers all around the reef. The flowers were only on the left side of the reef & the rest of the reef was evergreen without flowers, which made it look like a X-​mas reef, in my opinion. I had a feeling that this was not going to go well, because the female employee was so rude to me when I called to double check the information for my order that was given to them from another flower shop. She was acting as if I was irritating her with the basic questions I asked. She talked over me as well until I said something to her about her rudeness. It is sad that I could not receive sympathetic customer service from a flower shop during an unexpected tragedy.

They did not deliver the flowers to the nearby hospital, not only not by noon as promised «cross-​my-​heart» by the assistant I spoke with, but DID NOT DELIVER THEM AT ALL. They did remember to charge my credit card, though. Would NOT recommend this florist.

I sent flowers to mom when she was in St. Joe’s. I chose the arrangement online and they were delivered the same day. When I went to visit my mom that night, I was so disappointed. The arrangement was nothing like the picture I selected online. The online pic showed a «standard» version of the arrangement, and I upgraded it to a deluxe. The arrangement itself looked sloppy — something I would do myself instead of professionally arranged. The number of flowers received was smaller than the picture shown online. Here is the thing, they did try to make it right which is why I am giving them two stars. I can’t help but wonder if they knew I was going to see the flowers if they might have done a better job. The credited me $ 25 but because of how sloppy it was, I wouldn’t order from them again.
