Fairfield Inn & Suites Joliet North/Plainfield

We stayed just one night while in town for family graduations. The room was clean and comfortable, would stay here again!

Nicely decorated room, great staff and yummy complimentary breakfast. I will gladly book again if available while in the area.

This was a pretty good spot for the cost. Good customer service and the complimentary breakfasts were pretty decent. Our room was spacious and clean. The décor was modern, clean and obviously new. Shower head had great pressure.

The pool is decent size and so is the hot tub. They are remodeling the hotel from the top down, our room was finished last night. It is nice, not extraordinary, but nice. Since they are remodeling you would think that they might add a few more outlets for guests to plug in and charge all the 5,000 electronics we all travel with these days — I only found 1 spare plug on the wall where the lamp was plugged in and the lamp on the desk had an extra outlet plug in the base. Due to the «special event» (the races) they upped the price to $ 189 not sure if it is worth all that but it is clean, new, and the people are nice (don’t forget the free cookies at night and continental breakfast in the morning). It also seems to be on the «main strip» in this area so there is plenty around… at least shopping and food-​wise.
