They suck. Where’s my 30 $ credit for the gas you fraudulently charged me for? I hate to only leave negative reviews but these guys jacked me and then refused to rectify the situation. I rented this car to transfer a mental patient from one facility to another. I take time off work and spend my own money to help the needy and so these guys over charging me is basically the same thing as ripping off the needy. It’s definitely not helping any. I’m trying to do my good deed and what help do I get from these clowns, nothing, don’t give a damn just as long as they can rip off the needy their job is done. Thanks a lot guys.

Made a reservation a week in advance. I called before they closed on Saturday to confirm I will be getting a full size vehicle comparable to an Impala. Plenty of room for four adults. I get to the store at 730 and was told only a Chrysler 200 is available which on Enterprises website it’s considered a standard. I went through Hertz only for the impala. Now we have to go back right before we are leaving to exchange the small car for a Camry. Not comparable to an impala at all more comparable to a Malibu. Very disappointed especially since I called and to double check again they would have an impala. I will be going back to enterprise.

We had a last minute trip when my fiancées dad passed away. We were in need of a minivan to take the family. Even though they didn’t have one at the Joliet location the guys called around and found us one. He was more than helpful and took his time to help us and take care of us. Thank you so much!!!
