History

Established in 2011.

At Hot Pan we try to offer the freshest food possible cooked naturally with an Asian influence. Daisy, our chef, was born and raised in Chongqing China where she learned how to prepare noodles and dumplings from scratch using fresh meats and vegetables, without dried spices and packaged ingredients. We shop for our ingredients daily.

We first opened our doors July 17th, 2011 and have been responsible for providing outstanding food and service ever since. Our specialties are the noodles and dumplings. What sets us apart is the fact that we mix our dough from scratch and stuff the dumplings with meat that we grind ourselves and vegetables that we hand pick from local suppliers. The noodles are pressed and cut in our prep kitchen and cooked fresh, never frozen or dried. Daisy even makes all of her sauces from scratch, including her peanut sauce and her one-of-a-kind «Mala» paste.

Daisy has created all of the Hot Pan recipes herself. There are none of the same old dishes that every Chinese restaurant offers. Sorry, no Crab Rangoon or egg rolls. If you want sweet and sour sauce, then Hot Pan may not be for you.
