This is a little branch that I was able to go and print some paperwork. You will need to get pass where you have to submit your out-of-state ID to get on a computer. They didn’t make me a official guest pass which was a little annoying as I did not plan to utilize the library anytime after this. I would really like them to consider just having a quick easy breezy guest pass for computer use. In addition I then found it interesting that if I was utilizing this pass that I would need to update it every 30 days. I would also like the library to consider may be moving the renewal to every three months especially during the summer. Overall able to do what I needed to do for about 50 Cent which was print a few documents.

Decent dized library. hs d a separate kids section with some kick ass chs ors thst you can sit and read in.(Loved them when I was little). Complaining now because my laptop had to be plugged in to work. Many plug ins available on the walls. None near any table. I need(ed?) To study, but it was inconvenient to do do here. I know I’ll be back but probably at a different time so the same people wont be there when I sit on the floor to study eith my laptop plugged in…

This branch has the most incompetent workers. Put a charge on my account for $ 25 for a book that was on their shelf the entire time. The workers and the managers have no sense of customer service or respect for their patrons. The other branches are decent but this headquarters branch sucks.

This is the head library for Clayton county and I have to say although it is small(Compared to the Downtown Orlando Library, where I am from) this library is clean and the people who work here are very helpful. They always locate the book I need or can tell me where I can get it. Many computers for you to use and they often have events here.
