I found this company on
, a one-​hour massage for $ 29.99. They made me pay in advance through PayPal. They never showed up for the appointment. When I called to ask for a refund, they told me they would «mail me a check» (?) but, of course, never did. For weeks afterward, I kept calling and e-​mailing, and they ignored me. I filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back, and PayPal denied my claim because it was for an «intangible service.» (Obviously, this is why Tuvia does all its business through PayPal.)
I reported my experience to Crowdsavings, and they removed Tuvia Mobile Spa from their website and sent an email apologizing to their customers. However, I never got my money back. This company is a SHAM. Do not even think of calling them.

I have had a terrible experince making an appointment with the Weekly Plus Deal I purchased. It has taken several tries, but I made an appointment. Do NOT expect to talk to anyone… they do not answer and WILL NOT call you back.
Today I had an appointment for 12 pm… it is not 12:46 and I have left 2 voice messges and emailed. I have not heard from anyone!!! TERRIBLE!

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I bought the Half Off Depot deal for a chocolate facial and a massage. When I went to book, there was no option for the facial, only the massage on their website. So I booked the massage, called their office and asked the lady if she could help me book the facial. She said it had to be done separately, even though the deal was sold together. She said she would book my appointment for me and send me a confirmation. 2 days later, 30 minutes before my appointment, I got an email that said «Renee cannot make it to the appointment». So i knew the facial was canceled, but my massage appointment was booked with someone named Deanna, so i assumed that was still on. Even still, I called their office immediately after receiving that email to get clarification, but nobody would answer. I waited and waited and nobody ever showed up. I called the office every day after that for 3 weeks, leaving messages, sending emails, trying to figure out what happened. Nobody ever answered or replied, and several times, if I called more than once in a row, they would just shut off the phone and send it straight to voice mail for the rest of the day. They must have caller ID too, because one time when I had called 3x in a row, they turned off the phones and right afterward, I got an email that simply said «You will have to reschedule online.» It didnt address any of my questions about why nobody showed up for the original appointment, or how I was supposed to schedule the facial when there wasnt an option online for it. I sent an email back immediately and said «can you please tell me how to book the facial if the option is not online? Please give me a call». Nothing. Giving up on trying to contact them, I rescheduled my appointment online for just the massage. The day of the appointment came and went and, of course, nobody showed up. I didnt get so much as an email or a phone call. I checked their scheduling website all day that day to make sure my appointment was still on. 30 minutes before the appointment was supposed to take place, they deleted it out of their system. I guess they just didn’t feel like coming. This place is just awful. DO NOT buy any daily deals from them because you will just waste your money. Literally the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. The fact that I went through the trouble of signing up for Unilocal just to write this review, having never reviewed anything online before, should tell you just how horrible this place is.

I had an appointment scheduled with Tuvia Mobile Spa at 5:30 this afternoon. I rushed home, but they never showed up. I got a confirmation for the appointment on Sunday, I got an appointment reminder yesterday, but the therapist never showed up or called.
