I had to find a new heat and air company since the one I have been using had gone out of business. A friend recommended Newman’s heating and air of Jonesborough. I gave them a call last Saturday and they sent out a technician by the name of Matt that same day. My heat pump was in poor condition due to age and neglect. Matt assessed the problems and told me he needed a part that he couldn’t get on Saturday so he said he would be back Monday. He came back on Monday and he replaced all the parts that needed replacing, cleaned the machine, and blew out the drainage pipe which was clogged. He made sure it was working properly and presented me a bill which I thought was very fair and reasonable considering all he did. I want to recommend Newman Heating & Air Cond and Matt. I have a new heat and air company now which I’m very happy with.
