All ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, we do our best to use organic products and everything is made from scratch, by hand, daily.
Full local coffee program available. We serve Joplin’s locally roasted Flying Crow Coffees, some occasional visiting blends and Italy’s ‘Lavazza Crema e Gusto’ and ‘Qualita Rossa’ Espresso to be specifically paired with our menu items.
Whole cake or full orders may be made via phone in or in person. A limited quantity of whole items will be available for walk-ins, please call for availability before venturing in!

History
Established in 2014.
Polka Dot Fox Coffee and Micro-bakery began as the dream of long-time foodie and culinary crafter, Aaron Blaine, who left his job as a restaurant manager in Maui to pursue his dream of opening a specialty coffee house that sourced only the best ingredients to create the most delicious menu items. In 2014, his Mom and Pop decided to join him for the adventure, and in the late Winter of 2014, Polka Dot Fox Coffee and Micro-bakery opened, quietly, on old Route 66 in the Historic Muffin Town district of Joplin, MO.

Aaron is a culinary arts school grad born and raised in Joplin, Missouri. He has traveled extensively from Berlin to Rome to Maui and New York seeking out the best coffees on offer (and beers too!) he brings that passion back home with some delicious baked goods to join that java love.
