By far the worst customer service experience I ever had. Very rude and confrontational. I called my insurance company because my car broke down and later received a call from the so called owner/​driver who seemed agitated. I gave him directions to where I was and he stopped just sort of where I was at. Called me back very frustrated and I told him he had to keep going just a little further like I told him. It escalated upon his arrival and not in my nicest words I told him that I did not need his service. It did not take me long to decide that I would rather freeze some more in this cold weather and wait another hour for another wrecker than deal with this man or have him make 1 cent off me. I thought I was in a prison fight movie dealing with him. No manners what so ever.

Had vehicle towed 3 miles down the road to a service location where they were supposed to drop the key off. Call the service dept this morning and no key to be found. Call buds to confirm if the key was dropped off and the person answers, «I don’t know,» followed by a silence which made me think I was getting pranked. «Can we find out?» I asked.
«Well the tow guy (sorry I can’t remember the name used) is out right now so I don’t know what you want me to do about it,» they told me.
This is the quality of this sh*t hole
