Meet the Manager

Taresa S.

Manager

Taresa has been with the Laser & Wellness Center since August of 2009. She is a Certified Clinical Electrologist (CCE), Certified Medical Electrologist (CME), and Facial Specialist (FS). A graduate of Palm Beach Gardens High School, Taresa received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Advertising with a minor in Health Science from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. After returning from Connecticut, Taresa continued her education in skin care and anti-aging where she graduated from the Palm Beach Academy as a Facial Specialist. She has since been through extensive training in a variety of methods of skin care. She also became a licensed Electrologist from the Florida College of Natural Health and went on to become a Laser Technician at the LaserDerm Med Spa in Orlando, FL. Taresa specializes in laser hair removal, photo rejuvenation, skin resurfacing, facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion.

Closed in 2013… yet I have to give it a star. Like many of the other facilities listed here it is out of business. This review has to be at least a few sentences or it will not post. So the question is how to review a business that no longer exists. But perhaps this will post and save you a call.

I received the same email today. To those who did NOT read the email correctly– it simply INVITED customers to share their experiences here on Unilocal. Like many other companies these practices are common in doing so to promote their services (simply a coupon). Plain and simple. I would highly recommend Laser & Wellness Center to all of my friends.
You can’t always please each and EVERY customer.

Been seeing Teresa for my laser hair removal needs and I love her! Everyone is very sweet and caring here and I couldn’t be happier with my results! The atmosphere is very calming and everything is super clean! I highly recommend them!!!

I just bought a groupon AND a maintenance package for other areas that I had laser treatments done to in the past. I DID NOT see any results. They gave me this whole «excuse script» that they probably give every patient when they don’t see results so I suckered in to buying another maintenance package. Once again I did not see any results. I’ve spent over $ 400 with the groupon and maintenance packages that I couldn’t help but to feel upset and give them a call. I expressed to Taresa about the hair growth and she was unwilling to work with me and felt absolutely fine with losing me as a client.
I later talked with my friend who works on lasers and he told me that they try to get you in with a Groupon and you’ll see about 10−20% difference in hair growth so they keep you coming in with these maintenance packages. You’ll end up paying the same price if you paid for the full treatment elsewhere plus some! I have had the full process done without a groupon before and you should be seeing a 80−100% difference. This center is clearly not using the laser to the full capacity!
Just beware! I would not go here! This has been such an upsetting experience.

Ouch! The laser they use here is pretty painful, especially the first time. You’ll definitely want to have a drink or some pain meds before you go. The facility is very clean and well decorated. I got a great deal with a groupon, so that always makes for a happy customer.
