We both moved to Jupiter from Northern New York so we understand what you are going through if you are moving to Florida from a northern climate. Before both going into real estate in 1996 Thom was a sales executive with an ABC television affiliate and Rory ran and owned his own water well drilling business. Like most people that move to Florida, the weather up north got to be too much. The decision maker was an ice storm that left our area without power in January for 3 weeks. Well, that and a couple of Jupiter relatives sending up real estate (and weather) sections of the local newspapers in the middle of winter.

Thom lived in Northern New York where he went to school and graduated on to college in Syracuse NY. Graduated with his bachelors degree in business & marketing. After college went on to a sales executive with an ABC-TV affiliate.
