Great location, excellent service, and a fun environment to relax with a glass of one while someone pampers you!

I had high hopes for this place after it was recommended by a girlfriend. The salon itself is pretty cool due to the fact that they serve wine and do polish at a bar. My nail services were horrible. The polish was sloppy and I had to refile all of my fingers and toes when I got home. I actually bought the polish so I could redo the poor work. I stood around at the front desk for awhile before they acknowledged me and ushered me to another area where I stood around again wondering where to go or sit! I’m really upset that I just wasted $ 50 + tip for a terrible mani and polish change, cheap wine and polish I had to buy to correct their work. I won’t recommend this place or return. They should provide better business for a nice area like Jupiter.

I have been going to tipsy for a few years now to get my nails done and I absolutely love this place. Lisa and Jeffrey are the best!

Went in today for a regular pedicure. After telling the girl at the front desk what I came in for I was asked to pick a color and have a seat in the back. So I took a seat and waited… and waited… and waited. After sitting for over 30 minutes and watching numerous technicians finishing their client and sitting down I finally got up and left. I was not acknowledged the entire time I was there. I will not visit Tipsy again.

I came in for a manicure and pedicure this morning (5÷28÷16) and as usual, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I brought in my own bottles of polish and top coat, as I always do when getting my nails done. I handed the manicurist both bottles when she asked for them and she walked me over to the pedicure chairs, when she dropped the bottle of top coat. I was a little upset, since it was a new bottle and it wasn’t cheap, however I know she didn’t mean to do it. She said to me immediately, «I will pay for that». After she finished my manicure and pedicure, she said to me again that she will talk to the front desk about me not having to pay for my manicure. Well, when I went up to the front, not only did I have to pay for my services but no one even acknowledged the fact that a member of their staff broke my bottle of top coat. I am a bit disappointed as Tipsy is not exactly a cheap salon. I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon.
3 days later, my color on my nails have chipped and peeled. For the money and quality of the manicure, I can find another upscale salon that will do a better job all around.

My daughter and I went there yesterday for Mother’s day and got Gel manicures with regular pedicures. The service my daughter received was great and we are happy with her results. She was pampered and the guy doing her nails was very friendly. Mine however was horrible. Evan was rude and even made fun of the work he needed to do on my feet, right in front of me. My feet were not bad and the amount of scrubbing he thought he had to do was actually quite painful. The manicure wasn’t any better. He for some reason thought he needed to sand my nails down to do the gel mani, and then put 6 coats of primer on them. He then rushed through the rest of the mani because my daughters nails were already done. He even skipped the massage part all together. I had to come home and fix a couple of my nails because he did such a poor job of filing them that they had sharp corners and were catching on things. I was nice, and still gave him the full tip (20) but if I ever go back there I will make sure to request that he gets no where near me.

I received a text from them about their $ 20 pedicures given on Tuesdays and Wednesday’s. I decided to check them out for a pedicure. Upon entering, the receptionist said I could go on back and pick a color. After that, I wasn’t directed as to where to go, immediately to the pedicure chairs, since it was not busy or to sit in the waiting area. Someone quickly noticed this and came over to me. They explained they were a full service salon and the lady was very friendly and accommodating.
They used liners which is great, as all nail salons should. The place was clean and service was very nice. It was only a basic pedicure, but that is what I wanted that day, but I will be back! I had a mimosa during the pedicure and It was delicious! They even offer their cocktail pedicure which offers exfoliation on certain days for $ 30 instead of $ 40. It’s great they offer promotions and specials, smart idea to keep customers coming in!

Christina is the best when it comes to blonds. I can’t go one day without someone asking about my hair. Best in the treasure cost.

I will never go back to this salon. I am not one to write reviews, but I had to this time.
I don’t get my nails done much, but when I do it’s a treat for me. I went into the salon around 6 and they were already cleaning up to close (they close at 8). I asked for the nexgen manicure and a regular pedicure. Everything was going good until my technician started to rush. There was no need to rush and she started doing a sloppy job. I have gotten the nexgen done a couple times before and every time they put my nails under the UV light, but not this time. I asked her why and she told me that wherever I got them done was doing them wrong (one of the places the owner of Tipsy also owns-​Venetian). I didn’t question her even though I was worried. When it came time for my pedicure I noticed my nails had air bubbles and spots. I told my technician and she told me it was my fault. She put a regular top coat on top of them, which was OPI, which was also weird. Again, they did the same thing. She made me feel as if I was dumb by asking her why she would put a regular top coat on the nexgen nails. Then it comes time to pay…
Tipsy offers $ 20 pedis on Tuesdays, which is part of the reason I went. Online the nexgen costs $ 35. My total should of come out to $ 55, but it was $ 60. I asked her why and she said they just raised the price. I told her online it said $ 35, but she did not care. Then she proceeds to tell that it actually should of cost $ 45 for the nexgen alone, but she gave me a $ 5 discount!!!
I left and I was very upset. I decided to call them and make sure of the price she charged me. The girl on the phone couldn’t give me an exact price. She stuttered around and said around $ 40 – 45. I asked to speak to a manager and her response was «WE DONT HAVE MANAGERS». WHAT?!? She was clearly lying to me. I am not a person who complains, but I really felt ripped off and left very disappointed.
A relaxing day at the salon turned into an absolute nightmare for me. I recommend you go somewhere else, like nails max down the street.

This salon has a very interesting vibe. They actually have a bar that you can sit at while getting your manicure, so kudos to you guys! Bc that’s a very cool concept. However, beware! Drinks are not free and not cheap. They have a variety of spa pedicures available but they need help because the actual service needs improvement. Their dip it powder manicure is adequate, but nothing special. They do have a nice variety of colors though. Basically, services are just ok. The concept is really cool. With better training and treatment of clients, your business could have the potential to bloom. I did appreciate that scheduling was flexible and accommodating.

Horrible company and no procedure for employee accidents. I scheduled to get a full set. The poor girl doing my nails, accidentally got super glue into her eyeball. I tried helping her but had the first stages of nails put on so I couldn’t do much. I yelled for anybody to help. The other employees and manager just stared at me. I brought her to the doctor in the plaza. Which couldn’t help her. Nobody inside tipsy would help her or me. I ended up having to tell my friends whom I went there with to leave cause by the time I got done helping the girl my friends where done with there services. I had to find a ride later to my car. NOBODY apologized or comped my traumatizing service. I sure hope the girl is ok. Horrible place to work… Everybody in that place should have helped her. Only I did. So sad.

This used to be my favorite spot for nails and lashes until the ownership switched. I made appointments for specific people and once I arrived to my past appointment was placed with someone different, for each service and the person who did my eyelash extensions clearly had no idea what they were doing– they all fell out within days and ripped my natural lashes out. Awful. I will never go back!

Super clean, super nice staff, all around great one stop shop. They always are able to fit all 4 of us girls in next to each other when we call in advance. Get your nails/​hair done with a cocktail in hand, great music, and super relaxing smells. No overpowering nail polish smell here. Wonderful!

My friend and I come here a couple times a year. We usually have an adequate time, not great, but enjoy catching up over mani/​pedis and a glass of wine. this time was the worst! Started with a long wait, even though we had appts. Then I was given a chair that did not work. Would not move nor massage, which is one thing I look forward to. The manicurist apologized but did nothing to compensate. She even said she couldn’t really do a good job because the chair didn’t work? The pedicure itself was less then relaxing. Now on to the manicure. Or there lack of. My friend was getting a gel manicure and the person that did her pedi took her immediately to the nail bar. I was told to sit and someone would be with me. Well, by the time my friend was almost done, my manicurist showed up. I sent them away. By this time it was a little too late. I will never return. This place is more like a factory and could care less about their customer. Time to move on!

I have been to this location on several occasions. This time I decided to arrive without an appointment. I was service immediately. I told the nail tech what I wanted and she quickly persuaded me to take one of the higher priced signature pedicures. I went a long with it since she said that was her specialty. I began to enjoy myself. Maria is great at giving massages on your calf, not your feet. I asked her if she could focus on the heel and center of my foot and she told me it would come later on. The foot massage lasted all of a minute and was average. She seemed distracted. She seemed rather interested in trying to get me to spend more money instead of what she was doing at that moment. We made our way over to the manicure bar and even though I had a half filled glass of wine, she asked if I wanted another. Ummm? Do you expect me to chug this? She was great with the hand massage and cleaning my cuticles, but when it came to detail… I wasn’t impressed. She told me for $ 15 I could upgrade to a paraffin treatment. I went along with it since I was trying to treat myself and relax. Halfway through the manicure, she tells me that my eyebrows needed to be done because they looked uneven. Ummm? Is this how you get clients to ask for your eyebrow service? I looked to my friend and he said that they did an awesome job but that I didn’t need it. She then proceeded to put a thin coat of gloss on my nails which had paraffin on them… If you have ever done or had a manicure before, you would know that the polish will not stick to the nail. I had to ask her to remove the polish and she proceeded to tell me that buffing was a better alternative and that she knew the polish would stick to the nail. So why did you place it on my nails to begin with? I get to the reception area to make my way to pay and had to way about 10 minutes for an explanation on a break down of my bill. I still believe that I was overcharged. I paid it to be done with it. I regret to say that I will not return to this location. This use to be my favorite spa. My friends and I use to frequent at least every other month. Take care of your client’s needs first and the money to line your pockets will come. If you are looking for a good spa, this is not the place to go. I spent over $ 100 and the detail along with quality of service was less than average. Not a happy client.

I love this place! I had my bachelorette party here with my girls and had a great time. Nothing’s better then a mani pedi and a glass of wine to relax from the work week. I also go here for my hair Danny does an amazing job. I highly recommend it.

Pedicure was less than adiquate. Was in chair less than 20 minutes. Felt more like a factory than a spa. Wife and I go together, both felt like the technicians needed to be elsewhere.

Great workers who do the manis & pedis (ask for Heidi or Jeffery they are amazing) but horrible scheduling staff and management.
Half hour wait to get pedi with an appointment. Had a chair that didn’t work — doesn’t work for movement and no massage function. The other family who was also scheduled with me had an appointment with «jimmy» who then got his flirt on with someone and canceled his appointment with my family and they had to find someone else to take his place. Then once he finished flirting he took a different pedicure after my family members appointment time.
So disappointed been coming here for months and this was really a horrible experience. Also there was no manager to fix any of the problems. So this place needs some major attention for me and my family to come back. For this kind of money I expect to enjoy my experience and relax not have to complain.

Amazing and great nail color selections! very accommodating. Great Service. First timer

I was in need of making a major change with my hair style, but not familiar with any hair salons nearby. I remember watching others get their hair done at Tipsy while I was getting pedicures. The stylists looked like they knew what they were doing and I didn’t see anyone with a bad hair style, so I figured I’d give them a try.
It was easy to make an appointment and they were able to match me up with a stylist familiar with the look I was going for. My stylist Angela was very patient with me! She took the time to have a consultation to make sure she understood what I wanted. She took her time washing my hair/​massaging my head, which is always nice!
As such cut about 6 inches off my hair, I was still unsure whether I should go shorter or not. Again, she was very patient with my indecisiveness. Eventually as she was finishing styling, I decided that I did want to go a couple inches shorter. Even as I apologized for being such a pain, she assured me it was no problem at all. She finished the cut to my liking, which is always good!
On a different note, she was very personable, while not being over the top or gossipy.
While the cut and style was very pricey ($ 60), they do Groupons occasionally, and for the big change that I was making I would definitely say it was worth it!

You definitely have to get a good stylist when you go here as the expertise varies. The last time we went, bleach was applied without notifying which led to a bunch of broken hair. Also, the prices have been creeping up steadily this last year. We have had to dispute charges for services not performed or was told one price and it ended up being a higher price. Check your bill before you pay!

Not for nails… The front desk staff is super, very friendly and welcoming. The nail tech was rude, uncaring, unprofessional, and plain unhappy. So miserable, I walked out after just 5 minutes!

Yet another great mani pedi by Lindsay! Dark blue toes and gel fingers. She even did special sparkle designs! She’s a doll!

I got shellac here and it was the first time I’d ever had shellac. The technician hardly paid attention to me and spent the entire time chatting with another technician. The price for them to do my shellac was way more expensive than any other salon I know of and 2 days after I had it done, the gel was peeling up on the edges of my nails and within a week had peeled off entirely. My mom had gone with me to get her shellac done too and the same thing happened to her. Save your money and to ANYWHERE else. Tipsy charges way too much for awful service and a horrible nail job.

Good customer service. Sometimes you have to wait after your appointment time but they will give you a discount or free drink for the inconvenience. Stuff happens. I understand and appreciate that they try to fix it.

Came to Tipsy for a haircut and color. Very clean and nice salon. Very organized. Rebecca G. was fantastic. Very talented stylist and colorist. I would highly recommend her! I have had a pedicure here before and had a great experience as well. Might be a little on the high side for pricing, but they always have coupons in the local magazines and seem to run specials quite often.

I’ve been getting my hair done here for almost 2 years by gaby. Gaby is great! She does a great blonde and listens to what I want. Plus you can have a glass of wine while getting your hair or nails done. I highly recommend salon tipsy for your hair or nail care needs.

Tipsy was my favorite place to go to relax, get my regular weekly pedicure and manicure. While I usually went to the same person, this one particular day I was in a hurry and could not wait for him. So I went to see another tech. Just to spare you the long story, I stopped going there because of a small dispute with the owner. She got upset with the girl that was doing my nails for speaking spanish! SCREECCCHHH! Wait! You can’t speak spanish but you can speak vietnamese with the other nail techs, laugh loudly and barely be able to communicate with your own customer?!
Anyway, so I was very very reluctant to go to tipsy after not being there for a year but since my son was getting a haircut next-​door I figured I would pop in.
What once was a very cute, well up kept salon now looked like many others. Dirty floors, dusty decorations, and worn chairs. The hostess, asked me if I wanted something to drink as she was walking away. Didn’t even wait for my response. I went to sit in the sitting area, and watched her take my glass to a chair, then a couple of minutes later pointed and told me my water was at the chair (somewhere over there).
My nail tech was so sweet! Gia, was very pleasant; I felt that she really took the time to take care of my feet and respected my time by allowing me to enjoy my pedicure. Oh, let me not forget, when I took a sip of my water– the glass smelled like eggs! I am suspicious that they are not even washing the glasses with soap and hot water!
When I went to the bar to get my manicure. It felt really overcrowded. You had nail techs talking to one another in their language, washing and filling up their supplies on counters. Just not professional.
Wondering why I ever went back… but Gia made it just a little bareable. :-)
