The practice was founded on the desire to care for people.

Dr. Vargas has been a resident of Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter since the early 1970s. His father is a practicing physician (cardiologist), and because of that, there has been a strong feeling toward helping people. Dr. Vargas is married to Dr. Ellen Vargas (dentist) and has three young boys: Al Jr., Aden, and Enrique. If you would like to get to know him better, you can come by the office, or meet him offshore where he does most of his fishing.

Dr. Vargas is a family man. He chose to practice in Jupiter because his family lives locally. His parents live in the house he grew up in. His brother Rob live 3 miles away with his wife Rebbecca and their two boys Rob Jr. and Andy. His sister Mariana lives 2 miles away with her husband Clay.

At his office, Dr. Vargas has a friendly staff that always cares for the patients as if they were family.
