Great Service!
When you go into the Sturdevant office there is a logo on the window that as I recall basically says that they strive for customer satisfaction. We had a problem that put that to the test, and they are a company of their word. We had a home unit that unfortunately turned out to be a «lemon.» I don’t blame them for that. Statistically out of hundreds of units there’s bound to be some that are defective. The important thing is that they were always prompt and courteous with their service calls. After the first year when we were still having problems they agreed to extend our warranty for another year. Despite replacing just about every major part on the unit it was still not functioning properly. Without our having to argue the point they offered to replace the entire system. The new unit is working beautifully, and we are very pleased. A special mahalo to technicians Nick and Colin for their excellent work and dedication to their job. And mahalo to Ed and Laurie in the office for always being gracious with their support. I can highly recommend Sturdevant for being a company with integrity!

Seriously, this company ROCKS in customer service AND in professional service, they know their stuff. Chris & Don worked as a team for days at the condo rentals here in Kihei for us and they spoke nicely to every single guest, management AND to each other (which was our fav!). VERY thorough, I would hire this company again and again, I’d even sign a contract — they’re that trustworthy. Amazing business!

Sturdevant Air Conditioning has very well trained and courteous HVAC technicians. I have used them on multiple occasions, and they really know to fix and maintain HVAC systems! The best part is that this company stands behind their work. If there are ever any problems, the management team at Sturdevant will go out of their way to make the customer happy. It does not get any better than that in this day and age!

We had to start a maintenance program for our home’s central a/​c. Gave Sturdevant a call because I saw them servicing most of our neighbor’s units.
MAINTENANCE:
They offer a quarterly maintenance plan. I receive a reminder call, phone them back and book. The window they give is usually 2-​hours and normally arrive within the first hour. They service the outdoor compressor as well as the indoor blower.
PAYMENT:
Because I have a credit card on file from the first visit, I get a courtesy email for credit card charge authorization.
OVERALL:
Great customer service from the office & techs.
TIP:
They even send out discount coupons once in a while, good for service calls.
