History

Established in 1983.

Inspired by meeting Ansel Adams in his early life, David started his photography career on the Big Island in the 80’s at the Hyatt Regency and staff shooter for the Kona Coast Magazine. In between marathons & triathlons David specialized in weddings and family beach portraits with over 1200 couples to date. What makes David’s work extraordinary is his endless creative energy using the natural and diverse beauty of Hawaii as his backdrop to produce an outstanding array of images that his clients treasure for a lifetime. Within a short time David’s engaging personality lets his clients forget about the camera and allows him to capture their personalities and the essence of the moment that makes his photographs unique.
