DO NOT RENT A BOUNCE HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO DISAPPOINT THE CHILDREN IN YOUR LIFE!!!
We rented a bounce has from them last year for our daughter’s 3 y.o. birthday. Great people. Excellent service. Called to book again this year to rent again for my daughter’s 4^th birthday only to find that the business had been sold to new owners in Kona. Called new owner 6 days before party and new owner complained about the late booking. She also seemed a little put off about having to deliver all of the way to Hawi from Kona even though the website says «island wide.» She said that because of this there would be an additional $ 50 charge and that payment would need to be made in cash at drop-​off. I said that was fine and that my daughter would like the dinosaur themed one. Didn’t hear back from owner for a few days so on Friday I re contacted the owner to make sure that we were still on for Sunday afternoon. She then gets back to me at 10:30 the day before the party to tell me that she was canceling because she just didn’t feel comfortable with the booking. Good news: After this happened I was able to contact Jamie, the owner of
and he was able to accommodate my last minute request, for $ 25 less, and without the whole put off attitude.
How can someone treat customers like that, on a small island, and expect to stay in business?
