Guy that does alignments that refuses to do alignments on German cars.
WHY.
It’s just an alignment. Not asking you to rebuild a double-​vanos system. Not asking you to flash the ECU with an LCI software package from another car and adapt it to work on this one. MOVE THE WHEELS WHERE I NEED THEM LIKE YOU DO ON EVERY OTHER CAR, I GIVE YOU SOME MONEY, AND WE’RE DONE WITH THE TRANSACTION.
I just can’t wrap my head around this BS. Maybe he only owns sledgehammers, so he can only work on Ford and Chevy? Oh I’m terribly sorry all my fasteners are in measurements that make actual sense, parts are methodically placed and made of good materials, and everything is easy to access and adjust.

I should have written this review a long time ago! I have taken my car to Trents a few times. I was amazed that he spent a lot of time checking what I was quite sure were problems (as I was told by another mechanic) but Trent made it clear to me that my car was fine at that time. He could have charged me a lot of money and I would have never known but he was honest and very helpful. Last year, I brought my husband’s car there, and he fixed a problem for a very fair amount. My neighbor referred me there, and I’m thamkful for it. It’s so hard to find trustworthy car repair. I would highly recommend Trents.
