History

Established in 2007.

In 1990, Bede Cooray started his own company, Accounting Solutions, an organization that provides management, tax and accounting services to local businesses. Eight years later, he founded ANEW and in 2007 founded inSOURCE, a professional employer organization that, today, provides human resource management and payroll services to its numerous local clients.

Meet the Manager

Ashley O.

Manager

Ashley Ouimet joined the inSOURCE team in 2011 and is a local Pearl City girl. She attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa and studied Journalism and Photography. Ashley works with existing and potential clients, making sure that their questions are answered and that their experiences with the company are positive, pleasant and productive. Prior to working with inSOURCE, Ashley spent more than 7 years in the Advertising & Marketing arena and assisted business owners in a variety of industries with making intelligent and sound decisions about their advertising investments in both print and digital media. She enjoys meeting new people and networking with other local professionals. She is a member of the Kina’olé BNI Chapter. In her spare time, Ashley likes spending time with her family, fishing, reading fiction, napping in air conditioning and shopping.
