I love Dr Jao he’s very humble and patient with me. I had several procedures with him and he was always great at explaining things before and after. I recommend him and if he can’t help you or isn’t expierenced with certain things he will find you someone who is. My mom had colon cancer so I will be following up with him every five years. Sometimes it can be rather hard to find a Dr you trust and this one is it! If I could he’d be my primary care doctor too. Don’t hesitate on this one. He’s the best at what he does!

So I’ve always been somewhat healthy. I grew up playing sports and consider myself a fairly athletic person. In my 20s I made the conscious decision to become a vegetarian so that I would continue to remain healthy as I got older. I don’t drink or smoke or do drugs yet even without partaking in all of these things, when I got into my late 30s my health seemed to have taken a toll. My once healthy body seemed to be having some challenges. With my second pregnancy I discovered I had gestational diabetes. So for 9 months I had to monitor my eating habits 24⁄7. Now at night I wake up in the wee hours of the morning with such severe stomach and chest pain that I can’t go back to sleep. So freaked out, I schedule an appointment per my doc with a gastro specialist to ensure everything is a-ok. So here I an Unilocaling in the waiting room of the doc’s office among people who are at least 20 years my age and I am thinking, what the *bleep* is going on with me, seriously! So I finally meet with Dr. Jao and he is a rock star, he is totally awesome. He asks me a bunch of probing questions related to my life, personal, professional, diet, etc. and makes an assessment. He issues me some medication to help offset the pain and offers some suggestions regarding a less stressful lifestyle and some dietary recommended changes. I’m going to go back for a procedure to check my throat, however thus far, he encourages me to «relax» and find some«me» time as he notes, in today’s hectic world, the tiger never rests and as such neither does your stomach and the adrenaline pumping through your veins. Love the alliteration!
