Great experience, very encouraging staff. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Clean bikes and fun environment.

We visited Rockin Indoor Cycling 3 times during our 1 week vacation in Kailua. We LOVED this spin gyn! The owner, Ruben has a heart of gold and is the most spirited teacher we’ve ever had. The gym has a 125 inch video screen and music videos are played during the workout. It’s super fun!

This place is wonderful. I’ve been to 4 classes so far with Debbie & Ruben. They’re do a wonderful job and are so incredibly helpful and friendly. I always leave with a smile and I look forward to going back. This isn’t a workout you will dread and the environment is very comfortable. I spent most of my life playing sports and working out until a knee injury and I packed on 60 lbs. I’m 5’4″ and 225 lbs. Never in my life have i been to this weight. This place is really helping me take my life back. Don’t think because I’m so overweight that you won’t get a good workout. You do what you can do and if you can, follow the cadence of the class or go harder. Everyone there is friendly, instructors and clients… Debbie and Ruben both show videos and dim the lights with pumping music. This is the only time of day I don’t think about anything. I just go with the music and smile. Spin is low impact so no joint pain but your butt will hurt at first. Also, they do first time free so why not check it out. I’ve only been at this a week but it’s really changed my mood and gives me something to look forward to after work.

Bought a Groupon for this place and now going at least 5 days a week! I absolutely LOVE it. Two different instructors with two different styles. Great workout, great people! I have never loved working out as much as I do now!

Brought a Groupon a while ago for 80 $ for 20 classes and I only had the chance to go 3 times; (Lol will have to make use better use of my time !
Getting to the good part ! The owner was extremely patient with me each time I went. Showed me how to adjust myself to the right position and «motivated» me to try my best and keep going, doing better each time :) I use the word «motivated» because he didnt force me, push me or made me feel weak or like a loser lols. He really give me good advice and helped me with my posture so I can ride easier. Hes really awesome ! Haven’t had a chance to meet the other lady yet but she sounds awesome too :)

Love the energy of the class!!! Always different each time and I love the videos — I forget I am working out! Thanks Ruben You always bring a smile to my face.
