Read the reviews and was excited to try it. Stopped at 7:30am on a Saturday and found it closed.

Small, dinky café hidden in an RV campground. Kinda weird but it’s an absolutely adorable place. Super clean and amazing service. Oh, the food was amazing too. So glad we took a chance on this place!

Don’t do it. Maybe better in busy season? Dense, tasteless biscuits. Watery thin gravy tasted like spoiled milk. Sausage was a warmed up frozen party from CostCo. Hash browns were out of the bag, wet garbage. Basically, imagine your mom rushing a quick breakfast together on your way to school on a Wed morning. The place had no music. Just silence. Except the sound of the one server/cook yaking on the phone the entire time. Blech.

We had a great lunch here! My burger was delicious, the cole slaw was good and sometimes that’s hard to find! The service was very good and so were the prices.

I stopped here on the recommendation of Unilocal reviews. They did not lie! The food is wonderful and the coffee freely flowing. Will stop here again!

Never had a bad meal here(which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 3), but often it’s just okay for the price.

My husband and I stopped through here on our way to Portland for our anniversary breakfast/lunch. I had the fireside scramble which was phenomenal and my husband had a vegetarian omelet that he raved over. Cute décor, clean, and friendly staff! Highly recommended.

My dad visiting says — «I would give them a good A+». The perfect breakfast joint. All made in house we hear. None of that distributor pre-packaged stuff. Affordable but not inexpensive, but most breakfast items under $ 10. Great feel and nice place to stretch legs. The Virginia Biscuits and gravy with the red potatoes(gravy over, eggs, sausage, and a biscuit) was very good. Short stack of pancakes was good too. Bacon did not seem like the cheap stuff.

Love, love, love this place!!! It’s quaint, cozy, clean, warm, welcoming and delicious! I’ve mostly eaten there for breakfast, but lunch and dinner are great too! I highly recommend this little hole in the wall place! Don’t be fooled because it’s located in a campground. It’s a hidden gem of great food!

Fantastic little diner. You feel like a local when you eat there. The waitress was top notch and very attentive. Excellent value for the prices. Think blue plate special with all the extras.

The food is tasty and classic, everything a roadside diner should be. The staff is friendly with a touch of sass which adds to the charm of the place. Worth a atop, the hash browns are perfectly crisped an delicious.

A little worried when I saw it was attached to a campground, but now I think the campers are lucky. A little oasis along the 5. Great breakfast. Be hungry. Huge fluffy pancakes;get the red potatoes.

Maybe we caught them on a bad day, I don’t know. We start off by asking for a gluten-free option for one of our friends who’s legit allergic, only to find out that neither the waitress nor chef have any idea what gluten is. We decide to take our chances and stay. The waitress comes back with our water and apologizes for the noises coming from the«pets» in the chimney, she explains that her guess is that it’s either birds or bats. The food was mediocre at best but so was the price which makes it kind of okay. One good thing: they did have healthy ketchup with natural ingredients and without high fructose corn syrup… Unfortunately the deep fryer was broken so we didn’t get fries to enjoy it with.

Who needs IHOP!!! My parents and I ate here for a morning breakfast and it was absolutely delicious and satisfying. The Denver Omelet is packed with all the fixings. No skimping! The Virginia biscuits and gravy with real sausage and an egg over easy tucked under the gravy was amazing! I’m a fan of well seasoned baby red potatoes, and these hit the spot just right! The man in the kitchen the day of our visit, Dan, takes pride in his foodie creations and reaches out to each of his patrons to thank them for coming in. It’s the ideal stamp of a small town.

So this place on Unilocal when I was searching for a last min breakfast. I’m glad I saw it. All I can say is you need to try the Hawaiian omelet. It was soooo good. And the staff was awesome.

A welcome greasy-spoon reprieve from the thick morning fog of I-5. The service was excellent(he even brought us the local paper to peruse). The coffee kept pouring, and the eggs benedict and virginia biscuits and gravy were exactly what this leg of our road trip ordered. * I’m a chef and I am super-picky about my eggs Benny. They were perfect. *

Excellent surprise on the way back from Longview. The biscuits& gravy and the chicken fried steak were some of the best I have had since moving out of the Midwest. The staff was pleasant and quick, the atmosphere homey. I will be returning”

Friendly staff but the kitchen needs a real cook. This place could be a hit quick stop for drivers if they would read what Unilocalers have to say

OHHH man this place is awful. i have no idea where the people that reviewed this place actually ate! Unless a portal opens in front of their entrance, to another dimension in space, on every day but Saturday this place is awful! I am leaning more toward the fact its terrible than the portal theory. Food. almost impossible to eat. I had 4 bites of mine. Bacon fatty and gross. the Biscuit and Gravy isn’t fit for a hardened death-row inmate. The hard tack(or ships biscuit) like«biscuit» was almost ‘eat with a knife hard’ and tasted like it came from the Mayflour(get it FLOUR.) anyway you could have killed a charging Gazelle with one after it was soaked. There is no excuse to EVER serve food like this to anyone. ohh and its inside a RV park with mostly local year around inhabitants. I would trust your culinary reviews to a more. . discerning client. Dont eat there!
