I went through a very difficult financial period with job loss, eviction etc. and I had to move in with family.
As I started to get back on my feet, I found it very difficult to get anyone who would work with me so as to get a place to live and get my independence and dignity back. The only folks I found who would give me that chance was AIM. I really appreciate that they were understanding of my circumstances and they were willing to work with me and give me that chance I needed.
