My husband and I started using this place based off of our neighbor’s recommendation. We moved into a foreclosed house with an in-​ground pool that hadn’t been taken care of in over a year. We had them come out and they were able to get it up and running without any issues, and they were really helpful answering all of our questions as first time pool-​owners. My husband is able to open our pool on his own now just from all the advice and help they’ve given us over the years — when something is off though with the water or we’re having troubles with something, we always use Kalamazoo Pool to fix it!

Though they didn’t have everything we needed, we sought out this place for the quick dummy guide to what we needed for our first quick set pool. We got our initial chemical supplies, and they gave us a recommendation to a place that might have what we need. Very helpful staff and great education in a short ten minutes. thank you for taking some of the stress off!

Jan and the team at Kalamazoo Pool are great. They really helped to educate me a lot on my pool when I first bought my house 3 years ago. They are there to teach you how to do things yourself, or they can take care of everything for you which I appreciate. I’m somewhere in the middle so they price accordingly if I do a lot of the prep work for opening and closings.
They also really know their stuff when it comes to pool chemistry and do free testings on your water.
Bottom line is I trust these guys and they are the only company that I go to for advice or to service my pool.
