The Bone Appetit Bakery

They do such a great job! I take my Persian in there to be groomed., she comes out calm and cute., she loves Monique! Their prices are very reasonable, location is easy to get to. The bakery part has lots of different treats for your furbabies and when they are baking, it smells wonderful!

We really love Bone Appetite because Blue trusts their groomers. She is shy and gets nervous, but does really well here. They don’t over schedule their room so they only have two or three dogs at once instead of 10 dogs waiting in crates like the chains. They listen too. If I specifically ask for Blue to be cut short in one spot, they do it, no questions. They don’t use smelly shampoo either. We’ve had groomers who sprayed perfumes and they smell awful! My only complaint is the cost. Blue is never matted and never filthy, dirty (she weighs 65 pounds) and it costs $ 70 for her to be groomed. Pricey!

As a pet parent, I was very happy to discover Bone Appetit Bakery — and just down the road from my place! While they sell dog and cat toys and accessories, the biggest draw, of course, are the fresh baked pet goodies!
I have a pug named Arthur and every year, we take him in on his birthday to pick out special treats for him. For other occasions, too, sometimes. Also, for Christmas this past year, I went in and bought treats for all the dogs in the family — they all approved, haha. There is a wide variety of treats — all very cutely decorated. We’ve bought squirrels and nuts and puppies and ice cream cones and I also bought a ‘Corgi Cannoli’ for my friend’s dog — who is a Corgi mix. ;-P
They also offer some grooming services. We have taken Artie in for nail trimmings in between his grooming appointments — a cheap and convenient service.
And since it’s a pet-​centric store, bring your furry kid in with you when you visit! :-D
