Gabriel M.

Business Owner

Chef Gabriel Morin and his wife Betty moved to the area in 2010 and love this valley. Gabe started cooking in Maine as a summer job while in high school. He continued cooking when he moved to Utah while attending the University of Utah. Drawn to Utah by the epic skiing in the area, he became assistant chef at Alta’s Rustler Lodge where he developed his skills making soups, sauces and classic French foods. He then worked at Easy Street in Park City gaining the #1 restaurant spot on Tripadvisor for over a year.
