Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Total and complete SHIT SHOW. This location has repeatedly lost reservations and/​or made reservations for the wrong time or date. I should not have been surprised then that when I showed up this morning to pickup a car I had reserved, There were no cars because my reservation had been made for 3pm. Never mind that I specified in my reservation I required transportation at 9am. «There’s nothing I can do.» I consider the acting managers words as I look upon no less than 5 enterprise vehicles.

Great service for a really small Enterprise office on the Kaneohe Bay Marine Corps Base. I’m a reservist and flew in on a Space A aircraft after being diverted from landing at Hickam. Once I got there, I realized I needed a rental car to get to the other side of the island to visit my sister. This office is only manned by one person but they drove over to the military terminal and picked me and another customer up.
I was able to use points for the rental since I travel a lot with my day job and they threw in an upgrade since the customer in front of me took a long time picking car options and insurance.
Then on the day I dropped off the car, they dropped me off afterward at the gate so my sister could pick me up there. Later I realized that I forgot my sister’s condo complex parking pass in the rental car. The rep at the office Sierra took it down to the other Enterprise office out in Kailua so my sister could pick it up later without having to come back to the base.
Great service for a small office!
