Let’s be honest, 99% of us have no idea what’s really going on when financing or refinancing a home. But B&B Mortgage (I’ve used both Bobby & Brad) always makes it easy to understand. They want and will explain it to you plus answer any/​all questions you have.

When I first contacted Bobby he immediately got me the best interest rate for our rental refinance (half a percent lower than any other mortgage company). By the third week of the process we encountered a situation, my parent’s home, cars and all documentation went up in flames. Within a couple of hours Bobby was on the phone giving his support. During this heart wrenching time, Bobby and his team could have easily walked away but they did not! Instead they stuck with us providing guidance through every obstacle encountered and there were many as you can imagine. They were instrumental in our rebuilding of the financial documents needed and met us at any location of our choosing. In the end we closed with the rate first quoted. Bobby Chow is one of the best Mortgage brokers, with the highest integrity, that I have worked with.
The mortgage industry in itself is rife with people just out to make a buck, with no real understanding of good customer service and professionalism. Bobby is the antithesis of that. He’s extremely professional and his customer service is phenomenal.
We had a horrible broker with another firm, and Bobby helped us navigate our way, even though he didn’t make a dime off the deal. We wanted to fire the other firm and he advised us that it would be counter productive to our deal to do so, so he helped us all he could in areas the other firm refused to.
We are going to re-​fi with Bobby and recommend him to everyone we know. He is a stand up guy who knows his stuff, and puts hte customer first, always!
