My experience here, if I could give a no star that’s exactly what I would give. The suggestion was to amend two years of taxes from 2011 & 2012, knowing that there is a statue of two years that you could go back, and we were past the two year marker, she said it wasn’t a guarantee. For every form they fill out it’s a $ 100. I paid $ 700 and never got the extra $. When I tried to call back and left numerous messages for the manager who’s name is Pua, not one return phone call. I wouldn’t go to H&R block, your better off getting the cd at Costco or going to a real CPA.
