The instructor is really attuned to learning styles and adjusts his teaching based on the modalities of his students. He also makes it a priority to teach in such a way that students can easily apply the information that is presented. Instruction equips you with evidence-​based information and the most up-​to-​date protocols and skills. Rather than just teach to the textbook, the instructor strives to encourage each individual’s innate ability to step in and provide aid when it is most critical.
