This is the first real stationary shop in Windward Mall since Hopaco closed years ago and it’s a nice addition to the mall. They have a good assortment of pens, pencils, organizers, drywall markers, etc that are well organized. My personal favorite is where they have discounted items for sale. They’re all in perfect condition but priced well below normal. I’ve purchased DvDs, pens and other stationary for my company and saved myself a trip to Fisher. If you don’t see what you want, feel free to talk to the sales clerks who have a large catalog behind the counter and if what you want is listed, they can place the order and have it brought it. Also, they are open to suggestions on what other items to carry in the story. Did I mention they have discounts for teachers and a frequent shopper card program? All in all, it’s nice to have a stationary shop on the Windward side again.

I just ventured I here while waiting for my glasses to be finished as store looked intriguing. I walked around for over 10 minutes and the young girl at the counter never once looked up, asked if she could help me or even speak to me. I looked at her as I was leaving expecting some response and she quickly glanced my way and went right back to her laptop which appeared to be schoolwork or something other than manning the store. Another couple came in shortly after me and they received the same warm welcome!
I don’t care what you have to sell, without customer service you might as well not be in business. This was the worst I have seen in a long time of a totally disengaged employee.

This is a straightforward, well-​organized shop filled with office supplies and stationary. It’s located on the upper level. Since there is no Longs in the Mall, this store carries items such as notebooks, calculators, post-​it notes of all shapes and colors, and, of course, pens and paper.

I have to be honest. I didn’t quite know what to expect when I walked in there. I was just curious and taking a look but ended up buying some things I didn’t expect to be in there that saved my trip to Longs. There were some sticky pads and hooks for the wall I needed and there were also some headphones I bought for my kids at a very reasonable price. For a small store the wide variety of items was quite impressive. The prices for all their office supplies are very good also and the employee there was very nice and polite. I believe her name was Reeann. She was sure to inform me about the sales and actually carried a nice conversation while I was looking around which made my visit very pleasant. I didn’t expect such excellent customer service from a store like that. She actually seems like she enjoys working there which brightens the place up. I give this place 5 stars and I will definitely be returning

Since the closing of Hopaco at the mall years ago, there has been no business to provide office and school supplies at the Mall… till now. Paper, Pens, Etc. by Conrad has opened and ready to serve the community.
Though the store is small and carries basic essentials it fills that void in the Mall. The staff is very cheerful and friendly and hopefully they can make this business a successful one at the Windward Mall.
