I have had only pleasant experiences with Rudy’s Towing. I believe Rudy and his staff to be very honest and considerate of their regular clients and first time customers as well. One such experience I remember with Rudy’s Towing is that my van had its engine light lit up on the dash panel. I couldn’t even start it. It wouldn’t turn over. I asked my dad if he could take a look at it(being my dad’s a certified mechanic himself) but he had to leave for work soon. Instead, he tells me, «here call this number that’s my friend Rudy. He’s good son. Believe me on this.» It’s necessary to note that my dad rarely ever recommends anyone for fear of a bad reflection on his own name. So I decided to give Rudy’s a try. I got a prompt answer by a real person and he asked if I was gonna drive my van in or if it needed to be towed in. I explained my situation and he said no problem he’ll be right up in about 15 minutes since his shop isn’t far from where I live. At first I’m thinking, «oh man I hope my total is something I can afford». Well, the tow truck comes and Rudy made quick work of getting my van to be towed. He was in and out. No neighbor complainings. In about half hour I get a call and Rudy let’s me know what the problem is and how long it’ll take. And I ask him how much will it be? He quotes me a price. And I was so happy! I could keep my arms and my legs and my blood. It was a cost I could handle. I gave the okay and Rudy’s got to it right away(my van was the only vehicle in at the time so it got all the attention). My dad was gonna drop me off st Rudy’s shop but he had to start earlier and I didn’t want to wait too long at the shop. Rudy calls my cellphone to say he’s done it seemed like it took him only about a few minutes to do. I explained that I wouldn’t have a ride to his shop so it may take me awhile to ride my bike to his shop. He says its not a problem to bring my van back. No extra charge for it. Needless to say, I am a happy satisfied customer. I very highly recommend Rudy’s Towing. *thumbs up*
