well i went yesterday to go pick up my ring. two of the workers were there didn’t acknowledge me until one look up and whisper to other one i was here. i didn’t get a hello be there with you nothing just a dead stare. i wonder what she even said like hey that girl is back to get he ring. bad costumer service i have worked retail and no that is just disrespectful to not acknowledge the costumer. they were just talking to this man. well she gave me my ring and asked how it fit i said uncomfortable but what ever i just took it like that. then i asked her if she can please tell me what this promotion was that was going. she kinda didn’t even know what to say pretty much to look at my booklet that was given out to me and that i should found some coupons there ummm okay. then i asked her if she could look up when my next payment will be before the interest kicked in. and she makes a smart as remark saying you don’t remember when your husband bought your ring. i just said no she went over the counter and looked it up and told me date. i don’t know why they were being like that i wish i had gotten their names. but one is an older lady and the other one with brownish blonde hair lol. l

I went to Zales this morning to pay my bill, there was 2 workers, both who were busy with customers. I got to the counter in the middle and it seemed that the lady working that counter was not only talking to those customers but they were BEHIND the counter straight up looking at the desktop computer. Now she’s seen me, and she did NOT acknowledge me. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and one rule is to always acknowledge a customer even to say hi and you’ll be with them in a moment if your hands are full. I waited about 10 min, until I made a comment saying«damn I’ve been waiting for such a long time.» Usually I’m not like that, but I was seriously waiting there for that long and not being acknowledged uh uh nope, that don’t fly in my book. Any Who the couple behind the counter talking to her must have heard me, and they ended up leaving. The worker then asks the OTHER people in the store(that was already being helped by the other lady, if they needed help, & I’m like WHATTHEHECK) then she turns to me and says«oh Sorry ah». I handed her my money and my bill and I said«I just need to pay my bill» her reply was«OH wow you got it all organized already». Mmmmm so many things I should have said. From now on I’ll stick to just going to Kahala Zales, way more friendlier and the staff take much better care of you there.

This was the worst wedding ring experience I’ve ever had… I have heard so many good stories from friends about their wedding ring shopping experience from other stores… My first experience has been horrible with Zales everything they said to sell us the ring didn’t happen… its been 9 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my ring when I was told it would be ready in 4 to 6 weeks I’m getting nowhere with management. I am soooo frustrated!

My husband bought my engagement and wedding ring here in 2005. He had a positive experience with this store, and if I had known about Unilocal then we would have written about it! At least *one* part of my wedding was easy and stress-free ;) I recently needed some adjustments and help with my rings, so I called this store back and they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the outcome… this is 8 years after my husband bought the ring, and the customer service was just as brilliant. The manager, Ashley, was so patient and helpful with me. I never felt rushed and they made sure I understood everything. My husband bought me a lifetime guarantee back in 2005 with my ring(which I highly recommend), and I was contacting them regarding paperwork and maintenance. Because of that, they knew that they were not going to make a huge sell off me, but they made me feel like an important and valued customer — treated with respect and dignity. One thing I really appreciated is that the Manager followed through on everything. She called me back when she said she would and was fast and efficient with getting faxes and paperwork out to me. I agree with the previous review, the folks who work here are truly great people. We are coming up to our 10th year anniversary, and if we decide to get something special for that occasion it will definitely come from this store.

My future fiancé and I had a very embarrassing experience at Zales competitor Kay jewelers. We left Kay’s extremely appalled(may read review for Kay’s in my reviews) and made our way into Zales yesterday. The sales consultants at Zales were soooo friendly, and not«fake», genuinelly personable. We spent quite some time at Zales looking for that perfect ring and later that night I snuck back and made my purchase. Prices were extremely reasonable for the quality and the staff couldn’t have been better. I will definitely continue to give my business to Zales for any future jewelry purchase.
