Great atmosphere to relax and enjoy a couple. They focus on one brewery at a time on tap and also have wine, including wine slushies. There’s something for everyone!

Stopped by Grapes & Hops with some friends to catch up and it was the perfect place!
Terrance, the owner was really awesome. He sat down with us and explained how everything worked and answered all of our many questions.
He explained they offered wine by the glass, bottle, and in a flight option.
They also offered cheese, craft beer, and whiskey.
Afterwards we were able to sample their seasonal slushy wines and they were great!
We all picked the wine flight (which offered 6 different wines of your choice) and it did not disappoint! The best part of all was that it was only 6 bucks… good wine and cheap?! You really can’t go wrong here!
We even sat for a while after finishing our wine and chatted as girls do and it was not a problem!
I really enjoyed Grapes & Hops – the atmosphere was great. If I still lived in the area this would be a regular spot for me! I absolutely recommend.

Terrance provides A+ customer service. There was a wonderful selection of wines, and delicious slushies. I highly recommend the Caramel Apple wine. A flight of 6 wines was only $ 6. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Awesome atmosphere and great way to sample local beers, whiskey, and wine. Highly recommend it.

I went into Grapes and Hops for the first time a few weeks ago. Love that they serve Illinois wines and local cheeses. Very reasonably priced, great atmosphere. They display local artist’s work on the walls. Highly recommend. Had a wine flight and a cheese flight. The cheese flight is enough to split between two people.

great atmosphere, amazing wine. their customizable flights are priced very reasonably. the staff here is great as well! You’re encouraged to bring your own food in to eat with your drinks (they do have cheese/​crackers).
the only downfall is the lack of seating on busy nights, but most will agree it’s worth the wait.

Great atmosphere! Wine slush is the best! A must have! Also have a great selection of local wines and beers for a tasting! This is a great place for our little community! So excited to see them growing and adding more events and live music! Will definitely be visiting more often!

This spot is exactly what Kankakee needs.
It doesn’t get much better than local wine and beer with an owner that wants to invest in the town. Appreciate that you can customize your flight or have a glass of wine. Great spot to enjoy an afternoon with your daughter, sister or friend. Looking forward to my next visit, will definitely try the cheese flight.
